After a bumpy start with Debra at check in (I think that was her name) we met the lovely Lara the next morning and she was magnificent. She helped us with any enquiries we had and made us feel welcomed. Ahsan was super fantastic as well. Those two made our whole trip great.
At the cafe there was a wonderful lady thin with black hair she was great. The one with white hair stocky was unwelcoming and rude. The cleaner was superb also.
But thanks to those wonderful 3 staff members we had an excellent time in San Terenzo hotel.

It was nice and clean plus the view was wonderful. The only reason not 5 stars is because no Internet while I was there. Lara at the front desk was so sweet and kind to my wife and I.

Guest services was very helpful when I had issues with the restaurant below the hotel. Try not to eat there if you dont have to.
Hotel was right on the water. Note you do have to pay for the chairs on the beach but the rooftop chairs come with your room.

Amazing location, in the middle of San Teranzo and Lerici in the beach hearing the waves all night. Hotel decor needs updating, but was clean. BreAkfast offerings were satisfying and the coffee (handmade) was amazing! We went by the hotel twice, way finding and signage for pulling over and parking could be improved (plus we arrived at night).

Hotel San Terenzo has a brilliant location it is on the beach, you can use the sunbeds on the roof and not the ones on the beach. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, it was a small hotel with friendly staff.

Parking advertised as available, in fact it is over 1/2 mile away up an extremely steep hill. Restaurant is not owned by the hotel and limited. Pictures of the hotel show private a beach in front of the hotel with impressive parasol/lounger facilities etc, the beach is not owned by the hotel and the the facilities cost 28 Euros a day to use. There is a really impressive roof top terrace. The room and the staff were both excellent

Lovely hotel with great views from our balcony . Good breakfast enjoyed on the terrace. Very helpful and friendly reception - especially Lara. Some more local information in the room would have been useful.

This hotel was absolutely wonderful! The staff was very friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The location of the hotel is perfect because it is literally right on the water. There is a beach club that is on the first floor of the building and it was awesome too. We stayed during September and were able to use the beach club for free, but would have paid anyway because there was a huge deck for laying out and easy access to the water.
This hotel is really a great find and I would highly recommend it to anyone that is looking for a unique experience and enjoys amazing views of the water and surrounding cities. I plan on staying there again when I return to Italy.

The area is amazing and worth a visit. The hotel is very nice and right in the middle of Lerici. The only thing, having rooms facing the street is not the best since you can hear the people walking by right outside your window (and sometimes they knock). The receptionist of the hotel was outstanding, very helpful and knowledgeable. She gave us great advice on what to see and what to do. And she was fluent in different languages.I would go back there any time. The restaurant (part of the hotel) is supposed to be one of the best in the area. Unfortunately, we couldnt get the table without a reservation (even though plenty of tables were available). The waiter was very rude and it seemed to me we werent really welcome.

Directly over the crashing waves of the Liguerian Sea with great views across the bay to La Spezia. Very small hotel with great staff. The rooms were a bit vintage, but in excellent shape and well kept.

Absolutely beautiful seaside room was provided overlooking Ligerian Sea. We could not have asked for a nicer room. The only shortcoming to this hotel is a rather long and steep climb to car storage.

Stay here. It is new, good Internet, on the beach, terrific view, and friendly staff.

We checked in late, and we were greeted with a big smile, help with our luggage and a personal walk through the adjoining restaurant to get a late-night snack. Very nice start. It is a beautiful location and nice hotel. Our room was overlooking the sea. Couldn't have been nicer. Cinque Terre was a relatively short drive away, although it seems like taking the train through would have been the better option. The wife and I also stopped in Forte de Marmi for one night for dinner, where our friends who had been to this part of Italy had recommended, but we liked Lerici much better. The only minus of this hotel is that the beach right in front is private, and everyone rents the beach chairs (one umbrella and two lounges) for the summer. You can get a rental for 37 Euro, but it took some pushing with the fellas running things to get a decent spot. The hotel staff was not very helpful as concerned our beach visit (different person than when we checked in), and in hindsight we would have walked up a bit to one of the public beaches, which looked crowded because people start staking out spots early but weren't so bad.
