My room was not clean. The cleaner had left items in the room along with old items from the previous occupants.

Seems like they are currently upgrading as something seems brand new ans other things old. Elevators new, suite was mainly good (shower/bath tub seemed old). Breakfast ok (same barely cooked bacon as all the Hotels I stayed in - try going for crispy), complimentary wine, water and apples as per my status. However, the stairs to the (small) pool ruined my otherwise good impression. They should have been fixed, this is dangerous.

Room was comfortable & nice bed, clean. Breakfast wasn’t good - I didn’t eat as it looked awful. Furniture around pool is all broken. Staff are nice. A small bit of investment would make a Big difference

The hotel was clean, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. There were two things which we didn't quite like. 1. We had reserved a room for 4 people, 2 adults and 2 kids. The room had a main bed and a sofa bed. The main bed was nice and comfortable, but the sofa bed not so much. The mattress on the sofa bed was a spring mattress, but there was not much cushioning above the springs, so lying down you could feel all the springs. I was able to sleep on it all right, but it was not the most pleasant experience. 2. We were there to spend time at the Finikoudes beach. The hotel was a nice, quick 7-8 minute walk from the beach, as expected, but the walk itself was not the most pleasant as there was lots of construction or garbage bins along the street to the beach.

It was a clean hotel with lovely, helpful staff. The continental breakfast was great with plenty of options for fussy kids. The only downside would be the pool area, it was a very small pool that was poorly looked after, was dirty looking with a very strong chlorine that burns your eyes. There was also a broken step to get out of the pool that cut my wifes foot. Overall the stay was good, there was plenty of dining areas nearby and the beach was only a 5-10 minute walk.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Had a 3 inch roach in the bathroom sink. Never received a wash cloth. Had to ask for towels. The shower curtain was black on the bottom. It was very gross. Housekeeping was terrible. Parking was really bad. You never know if there will be parking or not. This place was so bad we checked out 3 days early. Lost money and had to pay more for another place but this hotel was so bad I had to get out. Tried complaining and nobody cared.

Convenient location - very close to the marina and central bus station. A grocery store is downstairs- it’s great! Only suggestion: as they still use bathtubs perhaps they could consider adding an additional safety handle on the wall while exiting the bathtub. This is especially important for the older crowd.

The hotel is so much better then it look from the outside. The rooms are very comfortable, the location is perfect. The breakfast is very good and there is a nice small pool on the rooftop. The staff are very nice and accommodating.

The hotel is 3 star but I wouldn’t even give it 2. Service is slow, breakfast was standard and very much basic. The cleanliness was poor. Some days our room was cleaned and hair and dust was still visible. Other times I would be told the room can’t be cleaned as they had more rooms to clean which was a poor excuse. If you ask reception for a pillow or towel it would take 20 mins or more for it to come. Just not a great experience.

I like receptionists,they are kind and honest, We were warmly welcomed. The room was clean enough but there was a little smell of cigarettes.there is a kettle,hair dryer. There is a mini mart, and there are good restaurants nearby. I’d like to stay at this hotel again next time,thank you.

Excellent value in newly refurbished hotel at end of promenade one block off the sea. Spotless modern rooms. Cold AC. Substantial rooftop breakfast buffet and pool. Friendly, helpful staff.

Quick check-in and upgraded to a superior double room, i had king size bed and breakfast included in my booking, also the TV had English channels and I had a complementary bottle of Aphrodite white wine. Would highly recommend you visit if you are in the area of Larnaca Cyprus.

Clean and new feel in the rooms. I wasn’t a huge fan of the shower though as a lot of water ended up on the bathroom floor. But I liked everything else about the property. I would definitely stay here again.

I loved this newly renovated hotel, Staff were amazing and they have a mini mart attached to the hotel you can buy most what you want. 20EU is from the airport to the hotel. I did not go exploring due to the limited time I had but could only find one family run restaurant, which was excellent in value and meals. Would I stay here again? YES!
