The view of the lake was great. The TV's NEED to be updated. There were water spots in the toilets, which makes me wonder how often it was actually cleaned. The restaurant/bar only had 1 person doing everything. The food was average at best. The cost / value for the food just didn't add up in my opinion.

The view from the room was amazing. This place has a lot of potential but it fell short. The closet had no rod to hang clothes in bedroom. Bedroom outlets did not work. The bathroom had no hooks or hangers for towels. No toilet paper holder. The rooms had no decor whatsoever on the walls. There were no curtains or blinds on windows so the daytime sun was blasting through and heating up the room quickly. This place just needs a little attention and it good be remarkable. The staff was hard to find during the day and front desk phone was constantly a busy signal.

We had a girls weekend get away. It was the perfect space for us. The pool, swim up bar, reataurant, and service all around was exceptional. Highly recommend.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Was a little disappointed in the cleanliness of the rooms, fit and finish was not up to par. Overall it was a decent stay, just wish there was a little more attention to detail with the rooms.

Property is very clean. Amazing views

The pool area was very poorly kept. The swim up bar is missing a barstool, with just a pipe sticking up under water Pool water was cloudy and didn’t feel comfortable getting in Hot tub also cloudy. Had kayaks available for use but getting to them you had to walk through weeds to get there The room we stayed in was very updated and clean but the rest of the property needs updated Not worth what we paid to stay.

Wonderful view from the living room window. Construction on the bridge next to hotel noisey during day. Nothing fancy for dining or relaxation besides the bedroom with no windows, so nice and dark.

Problem with several things and it mostly comes down to not enough staff.

The room was clean, balcony had webs and spiders so we couldn't really go out there. No one seemed to be at the property front desk very much so that was weird...all doors were unlocked throughout the night so we thought that wasn't safe. Our room door had one lock and no peep hole, room keys failed twice. Hot tub covered up so we didn't think we could use it. No clean towels in the armoire where we were supposed to help ourselves. Restraurant was pricey and just ok food but no other choices when you were hungry. No snack bar, vending or ice machine. A soda vending machine but thats it. Last day elevator wasn't working so if you wanted to go to Restraurant you had to walk around the building and go through the pool. It was clean and bed was comfortable, convenient if you are going to a concert but other than that, probably would spend less at better accommodations.

Computers down at check in and the area around check in counter was a total mess -
Coffee pot did not have a carafe - told desk - they told me they would have one in our room when we returned from sight seeing or it would be at front desk - returned - no carafe in room - no carafe at front desk - waited while someone found one - they gave us another coffee pot with a carafe - NOT NEW - next morning we made coffee only to discover that the carafe in the pot they gave us as a replacement didn't fit so coffee did not drain into carafe - had to hold carafe up to ingage dripping - no soap of any kind anywhere in a two bedroom suite - only body wash in bathroom - no one at front desk when you tried to contact on phone in room - but the credit card charge went thru without a hitch

This is not a luxury resort it is a condo that’s is past its prime. Pool area was in terrible shape, we found other accommodations and checked out early.

The property itself was great! Nothing around as far as shopping, restaurants, entertainment, etc. A place if all you want is a stunning view of Table Rock lake.

Staff was amazing, accommodating and so friendly. Rooms are huge and comfortable. Decor and carpet is a little outdated but the views and overall vibe is so refreshing!

The room was moldy, smelled damp, no towels, TV didn’t work. The restaurant ran out of food and closed an hour early. Another room we got moved to because of the mold has trash left over from previous guests. Absolutely disgusting

The air conditioning didn’t work and it was hot. And we found a towel between our sheets which was a little creepy. But the room view was very nice and the desk clerk was so nice.

The check-in staff was amazing, but the restaurant staff was slow, disinterested and sloppy. The hotel is run down but could be amazing with a little effort. Pool was beautiful, but area around the pool was run down, and dirty. We loved the relaxing areas and view.
Room was lovely and very clean with great linnens, but our TV did not work, no balcony chairs and cups for coffee maker would not fit.
Overall, we will come back, but plan on eating elsewhere which is not convenient.
I hope construction is finished from surrounding area soon, but this is not the Resorts issue.

Key worked for multiple rooms...scary! Rooms smelled like cigs and booze.

Hotel is recently remodeled and clean. Staff was friendly and the restaurant was very good. My biggest complaint is there are no vending machines onsite so after the restaurant closes there is no where to get a drink.

Very disappointed‼️I ‘VE been wanting to stay here for a very long time. But, never again. The top of our bed was caked in dust; dirty carpet; no shades or curtains on all the glass so afternoon sun blared in; sink cabinet was very small. Overall, except for the gorgeous view, the hotel itself needs a complete overhaul with a designer that is savvy & up to date on styles.

Just had no one at the front desk coming or going
The lobby is very dated...
Time to retire the dirty dusty old silk bushes.
The room was very nice and comfortable.

Wanted resort w/restaurant on site, priv balcony, & very nice. D'Monaco claims all 3 & luxury hotel on website. On arrival, restaurant closed that day & next. No room service as depicted (too much trouble) - pickup, Styro containers, plastic utensils. Food not bad, not great. Breakfast not offered as depict. Rest\bar\pool much smaller than depict. No grounds to walk. Balconies small & close to others, can hear people’s words. Can see other balconies by looking out window, not priv as depict. Suite minimalistic: king bed, only 1 night stand; 2 trash cans for suite; few dishes (had to wash daily); micro only heating source; 2 towels, 2 people, 6 days; no garb disposal; cheap products (tissue, t. paper, paper t.) & not enough; 1 sm soap bar for bath sink (ended up buying liquid soap), 1 for shower; no hand shower; bath water metallic smell; BR doors, shower door, micro, coffee maker, toilet made loud noises to operate (heard the neighbors); sliding door squealed (applied shampoo); front door wailed in wind; insufficient space for bath counter & BR, no hooks for robes/towels; freezer didn’t freeze; frig knocked; poor TV (min DirecTV w/commercials); noise - neighbors woke us, daily loud construction across lake; smoking prohibited on property (under Terms & Conds on website). D'Monaco is proud of the views & should be. View wonderful. Room very clean & pretty. Bed comfortable. Service requests met quickly. Staff friendly. But - not a luxury hotel, not worth the substantial cost.

I was there in the off season thus the restaurant or pool were not open, but that is expected and not a deal breaker. The property is pretty and the big windows / vaulted ceilings/ full kitchen/ electric fireplace / large patio were great. Branson area isn’t know for luxury so this was a welcome find. I plan on staying again mini getaways

Brett at the front desk was the most friendly and helpful hotel attendant I have ever met. Above and beyond helpful. His customers service was on point. The room was amazing. It was clean and updated. With a absolutely beautiful view. We will be back again.
