This hotel is in a very central location and is great for transport, restaurants and shops. The room was very spacious and had a coffee making machine and kettle with tea and coffee supplied. The breakfast was good with lots of variety and included hot and cold options. The staff were helpful and friendly.

Decent enough hotel for a couple of nights. No bathroom amenities, so be sure to pack ur own. Safe didn’t work. Breakfast is mediocre but coffee is good. There is nothing wrong with the hotel, but nothing great either.

The location is very convenient, breakfast is decent, however the rooms weren’t set up well. There was no plug near the bed in any of our party’s rooms. This is a small inconvenience for charging but dangerous for people who need to plug in a sleeping apparatus. There was a long hair in the shower prior to using it. Free dinner vouchers were provided but not used.

Thon hotel is exceptional. The staff are excellent, polite, knowledgeable and friendly. There is a sitting area in reception, including sofas and complimentary hot drinks from a Nespresso machine. You can buy snacks, drinks, hire power packs and chargers as well as store luggage safely to squeeze the most out of your last day. Our room 614 was excellent for the comfort of the bed, large shower room with underfloor heating, tea and coffee making and a handy fridge to store groceries we’d bought. However, one side of the bed was so close to the wall, you could only get into bed by walking sideways like a crab. This was bad planning but genuinely the only complaint. The hotel itself has a dining area, the breakfast buffet is incredible with foods from around the world, a separate counter for gluten and dairy free and such a broad variety that you could eat something different every day. With freshly cooked pancakes and plentiful supplies, it really was as good as everyone says! You do get a token for a ‘light’ evening meal, which is available Mon to Thurs. This is homemade soup, breads, meats, cheeses, fruits as well as fruit juices, tea, coffee. You can also just ask for another token at reception so can eat there each of the days it’s available. We found that getting something at the nearby supermarket or from the 7-11 made this really budget friendly! We’d highly recommend this hotel and thank the staff for a wonderful stay.

Quiet and comfortable! The breakfast was great. I was also surprised with a light dinner which was perfect. May I suggest outlets by the bed? My adapter couldn't fit in the ones that popped out of the desk so it's a good thing I brought a really long cable to reach from the door. Housekeeping also ignored the do not disturb sign twice in one day. I was very sick so I had to stay in.

We stayed at Thon Hotel Troms for two nights. Breakfast was fabulous and tasty, and the staff members were all kind. The only thing we felt uncomfortable about it was that our room had not been cleaned on the second day when we came back in the evening. They cleaned it late in the evening, but if they had done it while we were out, we would have evaluated the hotel much higher.

Our stay at this location was excellent but what we loved the most was the daily breakfast as it was delicious! In addition the location was excellent as we could get to every tour, restaurant, or shopping area we needed to within a short walk.

Completely bog standard city break hotel. Made memorable by most of the reception staff - except the nice guy who checked us out this morning. Otherwise the desk staff raised indifference to an art form !

The hotel is in a good location in city center. We can walk to many restaurants and stores in 5 minutes. The room is a little small but it has everything we need. Staffs are friendly and can be reached 24 hours. We had a great time there.
