The room was comfortable and large. The shower had good pressure, and shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were included. However, the wallpaper had water spots from prior leaks.
There was a refrigerator and microwave, but no in-room coffee.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Overall, the room was comfortable, the price was excellent, but the room was dated, and could have used some upgrading.
I recommend this hotel if you are in Sidney.

Decent hotel with a good bed and clean room. For the price it’s perfect for an overnight stay while on a road trip.

For the price it was fine. My only complaint is that being dog friendly there is absolutely no place to walk a dog in properly. No grass . Had to go off property and into a somewhat sketchy neighborhood.

Property is a bit older and a bit dated. It is however well maintained and very clean. Great shower, comfy bed. Walking distance to brew pub which had some nice food choices

Nice little hotel it was clean and remodeled for the money you pay. It was good. The bed was extremely firm like sleeping on the floor so that was the only bad thing about it. It was very clean!

Two good things were the new flooring and large towels. Curtains were pinned to rod and did not cover window. This allowed bright light from opposing building. Shower tub was wobbly and like trying to stand on a bouncy castle. Dangerous! Crack in bottom of tub had to be leaking below. Breakfast was white toast, waffles, and three cereals. Clerk snapped at my special needs daughter for wandering around breakfast area. Awful hotel! Holes in walls. Beds sagged. It was in disrepair. Could not wait to leave!

We liked how this had excellent parking for our truck and trailer. The room was clean. The lack out outlets was a little inconvenient, and having their refrigerator plugged into a zip cord was a little concerning. All in all, a good stay.

Very adequate. The owners were extra attentive. Our room was very clean and super quiet. If you don’t get a good nights sleep, it’s not their fault. We would stay here again. Thanks for a great nights sleep and breakfast before we hit the road!

Pet friendly after extra charge of $50 not mentioned on site. No place to take dogs. Aa claim free breakfast on site, no breakfast at all. Claims newly renovated, only parts of the floors.

This was a quick stop to sleep. I definitely got the impression that the owners are also working at the property. I give them credit for doing the best they could with the facility.
We were able to park in front of the entrance to our suite. We didn't see anyone walking around the area. It was very quiet.

The room was not very clean. We even changed rooms because the bathroom was unacceptable. Property was very rundown with Mom pop fixed. No breakfast which they advertised and the queen bed was an old standard double. Felt misrepresented by the add in expedia

I feel for the property owners. The location is downtown Sidney and I'm sure most people stay at the newer hotels just off the 80 exit. This hotel is a couple miles off the highway. The Expedia ad indicates that they have breakfast. They don't. The clerk explained they were having to throw it away everyday because too few people were eating it. Room was clean and had the smell of being recently sanitized. Amenities were fine though the property is old, it was adequate and worth the price for an overnight stay.

No breakfast, bathroom has a hole w cold air coming in, freezing floor, no breakfast as described and had to fix wake manager for Internet promised. But the worst was the higher charge to the credit card. I should get money back for the fake breakfast and screwed up Internet claim

This property was on point.... Very accommodating, the had me on the se ond floor which I would have had 2 climb with to bad knees front graciously changed my room.

As good as a Rodeway stay can get. Appears to be a renovated older hotel, so it was roomier than usual. Got a good night's sleep which is my main criteria. Unlike most hotels located off the interstate, this one is in downtown Sidney. So, it's quieter and you have the option of frequenting local businesses.
