Staff was great but the water pressure was pathetic. My wife couldn't rinse her hair properly.

Check in was easy and staff friendly. 1st room toilet didn't work, so they moved us immediately. AC in hall of 2nd floor was not cooling well and pool needed to be shocked.

The hotel was very nice at first blush, the room and bathroom were very clean, except the headboard which apparently hadn't been cleaned of previous guests' hair oil for quite some time. We were not given vouchers when we checked in, so the breakfast was exorbitantly expensive for what you get and the made to order menu was largely unavailable. For $15.50 every day you get one scoop of scrambled eggs, home fries, either sausage or bacon and a biscuit. No variety. I suppose you can go back for seconds but we don't. There is also cereal, several bread products, fruit, very small containers of yogurt...exactly what you get at a hotel that offers free breakfast. I protested that I only wanted the yogurt bar and toast so after some discussion, they decided that they could charge $7.95 for that. Many of the staff at this hotel speak very broken English and apparently often don't understand it well which leads to problems. I don't begrudge them a job, but having one person on hand that speaks with reasonable clarity and understands English would be helpful. They were all very pleasant and tried hard except the desk clerk when we checked out who refused to give us a detailed receipt even as we tried to explain that we had used a different credit card checking in than the one used to hold the reservation, necessitating a call to the hotel today and a conversation with a very nice young man who will email me the receipt I requested. This hotel is just "Ok" for the cost.

I got a bunch of what appears to be bed bug bites for my two night stay. The bathroom sink are too small and the bathtub didn't have any lights above it. Otherwise, the service was good and the location was convenient. Thank you!

I like the staff and the property was clean around the pool was clean. My room was clean. The pool was a little murky, but other than that everything was fine.

Unfortunately they put me in a room right next to an evening birthday party where there was loud music, someone on the mic, and high traffic in the hallway. We had to be up at 4am to get back on the road and didnt get much sleep at all. I am all for a hood bday party and glad they had a good time...BUT ...It would have been nice to be warned about the scheduled party in hopes to give me the option of another room or to cancel my stay.

Really horrible experience. Upon arriving, we realized that our sink was stopped up. It took 3 hrs to get someone up to assist. The room and rr had mold rr had black mold… I saw a double charge on my account but the clerk was very rude about it. Breakfast is a voucher we use and the kitchen staff handled the bacon with bare hands… I usually enjoy the Hilton stays but this one was not great at all.

Outdated, musty and tired hotel. Fitness center was aweful. Shower was something I would expect out of a government funded facility.

The hotel was nice and clean the bed was very comfortable and the floor itself was very quite and peaceful. I did find a empty bottle of wine in the safe. I'm still waiting on my 50 dollar held for incidentals which should have been returned on Monday. Overall very nice hot.

No working ice machine, tv remote held together with electrical tape, coffee machine didn’t work, and housekeeping opened our door while we were sleeping and woke us up. I specifically booked at this hotel because we had a great experience at another location and was so disappointed.

They stay and hotel are amazing. You have to be a Hilton Honors member to use the Wi-Fi for free, otherwise it’s 15 dollars . They did let us check in early

I was assigned a handicapped room next to the elevator. Room did not have a bathtub. Shower was configured to allow water to flow into the main area of the bathroom. I checked out a day early because of the situation. I will not use expedia ever again.

The hotel and staff were great but experienced the worst WiFi I've seen at a major hotel. The staff treid to help but the strength and consistency of the signal was terrible and I lost 2-4 very needed work hours not being able to connect.

Bed was extremely hard. No cups for coffee. No extra blankets. Could use a little updating. Showerhead was very old and water not coming out well. Low water pressure, so showering was very slow. Breakfast food was really good very clean place and friendly

While they claim to only have queen beds in every room, the beds themselves are closer to doubles when measured. Neither of the beds in our room measured 60x80.
