You get what you pay for i guess. First room had blood on covers and hair all over the sheets. 2nd room we was moved to had mold in the air conditioning unit and wasnt clean.

Very pleasantly surprised! The rate was very reasonable ($58 out the door), so I wasn't expecting much. But we loved our stay here! The bed was comfortably firm, the room was clean, and it all looked recently updated (there's nothing like new carpet in a motel room!). We just drive up for overnights in Pigeon Forge because we like to go to Dollywood, and this place is a fantastic spot to get a hot shower and a good night's rest. Highly recommend!

It was okay, the staff were not very friendly when we got there. I had to wait 15 min because no one was at the front desk. When I finally was able to get them they rudely said give me one second. I definitely felt like I was not their priority. Which working in hospitality the customer should always be greated and felt like they are staying in the right place. The hot water also did not work and I called the front desk repeatedly and got no answer.

Roon was smaller than picture led to believe. One partial roll of toilet paper shelving was dusty heat was very hard to adjust to a comfortable level web site showed it as a lot better than it was in reality will not stay there again

After a long drive, a long day at Dollywood, I really enjoyed the comfortable bed and amazing shower! The next morning the breakfast was incredible and the workers taking care of the breakfast area did a great job making sure the food was fresh and replenished as needed. I will stay here again if I'm in the area.

This hotel is a MUST STAY if you're in Pigeon Forge! The hotel staff goes out of their way to accommodate everyone and they are all so friendly. The room itself was UNBELIEVABLY clean, spacious and modern. The breakfast was one of the best I've had including those at far more expensive hotels. The only drawback is there is no pool, which is not a problem if you're there at a time that isn't pool season. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

I’m pretty sure that the hotel was doing updates but did a very poor job at the updates. Our bathroom had grout all over the floor. There was black mold in the shower. There was leftover crumbs and make up utensils and balls under the bed under the chairs behind everything, it was just a hot mess of a room, our Wi-Fi didn’t work 99% of the time at the hotel we cannot connect our phones or our tablets to their Wi-Fi at all.

Looked like a man had shaved his beard and the hair was all over the floor. Only had one towel and no washcloths upon check in, had to run down a cleaning lady to get some . The countertop by the sink had what looked like coffe maybe spilled on it

Room was clean and looked to be in good condition, breakfast was wonderful, the room cleaning service had a few hiccups, had to go ask for towels toilet paper and wash cloths several times, last 2 days they seemed to get it together, can’t say enough about the breakfast area, super clean and well stocked and the lady working it was superb

Check in was smooth and easy. Room was clean and smelled clean. Loved the white sheets, mattress covers, white comforter. Easy to see if was clean. Loved the walk in shower and the mirror with the light and defroster on the mirror. Need to give more than one washcloth and more than two towels per room and the mini frig didn't work properly, didn't get cold.

When we checked in the bathroom sink was clogged, tv was not working and the room was not cleaned properly. The issues weren’t fixed until our second day at the hotel. For a king bed only 3 standard pillows were provided.

We were given a room that was being updated. It had not hair dryer, soap, shampoo, privacy curtain, lamp shades and smelled of fresh paint. Refrigerator had not been installed. Front desk laughed and said maybe our next visit would be better. THERE WILL BE NOT NEXT VISIT AT THIS LOCATION.

The room was very nice. Looked to be newly renovated. With a walk in shower, smart-lit vanity mirrow, desk, large screen tv, lounge chair, larger sized refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave, the room was roomy and overall clean. The price was reasonable compared to other hotels at the time. We would definitely love to stay again and hope to have the same room. Loved it!

The pictures are very misleading. This is an old hotel that is being renovated. We were fortunate to stay in a room that had new things in it; however the renovations are not of the best quality craftsmanship and many features of the building are still very worn and outdated such as the office, elevator and the breakfast area. The curtains do not keep the outside walkways light out so it was like trying to sleep during daytime. Our issues were no parking (were told to park in the next door restaurant's spaces), no remote for the tv (had to go down to ask for that), no washcloths. Felt like the pricing for this one should have been much less since it is more like a 1 star hotel.

Loud construction going on until 10 pm had to step over boxes door didn’t shut and seal properly parking lot was shared with restaurant next door little to no parking shower wasn’t complete day of checking out hotel man busted in without knocking while we was getting dressed telling us to check out with the lady downstairs… check out was 11 this was at 8:30am pictures was nothing like the actual place

When I arrived at the property I was told they could not honor my reservation because they don’t rent to “locals”. After much debate and demanding I speak to the manager the clerk finally agreed to honor my reservation if I paid double the deposit which was $100.. I am not happy as they discriminate against someone who lives 45 mins from the property and just wanted to have a relaxing staycation…

We chose this motel because among the amenities was breakfast. Even the papers they gave us at check in said breakfast was from 7-10. However they did not have breakfast.

The hotel was on renovation and the room was missing on the shower the place to put the soap and on the floor the draining was very slow. Also did not have the place to put the toilet paper and the handle next to the toilet was broken. (This was address to the management and he asked if we want another room. We were so tired for traveling long hours and we stayed 1 night, that we said no.) Everything else was fine. The management apologized to us. In a future, I hope they finished all the renovations, we will stay there again.

On the site it said swimming pool and breakfast. That was a lie, they was having renovations on floors 1,2,4 no room for parking. Construction went on until 10pm every day we was there. Service with house keeping was really rude and not called for.

Even though advertised, there was NO BREAKFAST! When we got to the room, there was no soap, no towels, no hair dryer. Our toilet clogged, and we had to plunge it ourselves. On the day we checked out, they were knocking on our door at 9 a.m. asking us if we were checking out. VERY unprofessional staff.

we were put in the worst part of the motel. the side of the motel was piled material for remodeling. the other side was neat like a motel should be. no breakfast as advertise.

I was not aware and was not informed that the property was under construction/being renovated. The outside had large power equipment blocking the front entrance. We had to walk under a huge lift to get in the front door. There were large boxes with what appeared to be the new furniture and/or fixtures sitting along the sidewalks. Our room had just been completed apparently. It had a no hair dryer, missing parts on the coffee maker, the tv didn't work. Let's just say we were very disappointed and we won't be staying there again. May not choose Days Inn again anywhere.
