The second night was noisy. Kids keep running back and forth in the room above. The breakfast was disappointing, especially the fruit, it was awful.

The hotel was nice however we did not get to sleep because a smoke alarm started going off all night long. We had plans to attend an event and we had to cancel and drive back to Houston because we have not had any sleep. The hotel staff got very rude when we expressed our concern. I was very upset that I didn’t get any sleep and I had to cancel going to the even I drove here for to begin with. Also the air conditioner shut off in the middle of the night and the room got really hot. We were miserable staying at this property.

My stay started out very well, everything was nice an clean thr staff was very nice and attentive. Around 4 a.m. thr fire alarm befan to ring which woke us up startling us. We were half sleep and very confused, once we checked everything out an went back to sleep it began to ring again. It continued to do this for a total of 5 times which after that we were unable to return ro sleep which was a very big inconvenience for us giving the high rate and price of this Hotel. It was a very terrible experience and i dont think I'd stay again.

This hotel is the best. We always stay here when we travel to Shreveport. Ms Jean at the breakfast buffet is so nice! The front desk staff members are friendly and really helpful. Clean and well maintained!

The hotel was nice and quiet. The only issue we had was the second day we were there the pool had so much chlorine added everyone who went into the pool ended up coughing and not being able to breathe out of my family and my sisters. Plus other guests around us. I ended up with a migraine from the pool chemicals but it was nice service

A circuit blew in my room and did not get fixed throughout my stay. I didn’t have a TV, fridge, or microwave - traveling with two kids - that made it tougher. The front desk told me when I checked out that I had to call Expedia for a refund. When Expedia reached out to the property, they denied the refund. The Manger of the property never reached out to me to make it.

We love this hotel. It is located in a great area for us to visit family. We always choose this hotel because of the friendly staff and it is super clean! The breakfast hostess Martha is a gem! Food is good and area is clean! Thank you for providing a great hotel for a reasonable price!

The hotel was awesome. The 3 stars is for the pool. We stayed at this hotel for my grandchildren to swim in the pool. I called 2 day prior to my stay to make sure the pool was good. They said it was and when we arrived at the hotel to swim, the heater on the pool was broken. Making it impossible to swim. VERY disappointing.

I booked this property because they had a tub. I called to confirm it was working properly. I was told it would be be in a couple of days. When i arrived...it was full of concrete.. There is not a hot tub here anymore as of 1/23/24. The lies!

The hotel was wonderful! The front desk staff were so friendly and professional! Even the housekeepers on the elevator were friendly. The room was extra clean and the amenities were great. The breakfast was the best ever and managed with staff that were friendly and helpful.

Room reserved wasn’t what was selected. Hotel changed it and still wasn’t right. Reserved King studio suite, room reserved was a queen double suite. Asked for studio king suite and it was changed but to king suite handicap accessible

We were moved 3 times into different rooms and never could reach front desk with the phone in the final room. The front desk also charged my credit card when the room was reserved with Expedia. The charge was eventually refunded but a very poor experience at the front desk. We eventually stayed in room 326.

This is our third time staying here, and we have always had a positive experience, the only small issue is the air conditioner in our room did not cool very well and it was slightly warmer than we are accustomed to. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

I stayed in a king's suite. It was very spacious and clean. The location of the hotel is very convenient. Walmart across the way Whole Foods 5 minutes away. And all you need is actually in the area. Food and other stores as well.

Furniture was worn and dirty. Suites were nice and large. Shower outdated and poor water velocity. Not up to par with other Hilton properties.

This property doesn't deserve its label. It's overpriced, sold & smelly hallway. Facility doesn't have a backup generator so had to spend hours and hours without AC, lights and staff had no clue about what to do. Breakfast was cancelled on that day and the next day there was no fruits nor yoghurt.. and no apology nor refund. Staff didn't reset the wireless network after the storm and there was no internet anymore... Terrible experience!!!

Room was not the cleanest. Dirty handprints prints on door, some type of grime closet door that could easily transfer onto clothes. And worst of all urine on the toilet seat. Just by viewing you could tell some areas of the room had not been looked over to clean.
