Room was great but the sink drain was 95% plugged. I fixed it and informed the front desk. They offered a new room but I already corrected the problem. Contractors staying there were tracking adhesive in their shoes onto carpets and elevator. The room above 214 was Dropping stuff on the floor, humping the furniture and making all kind of noises at 2 to 3 in the morning. The front desk told me I should’ve called and they could’ve done something but didn’t want to call the front desk. That would wake me up even more!

I don't normally complain but we don't have any shampoo, conditioner, or shower gel in the bathroom. We don't realize this until I was already in the shower. Also, the hair dryer is broken and only blows cold air so I wasn't able to blow dry my hair this morning. Also, I know that you have no control over this but it was extremely loud last night and this morning. Above and beside us.
I stay at Hampton/Hilton's exclusively and I was very disappointed. Not sure we will stay here in the trip next month.

We were given rooms as far away as you could get…. We are seniors and this was very hard going all the way to the end of the hall all the time. I also asked to be near our son’s room and this was also as far apart as they could get us! Breakfast was absolutely awful and cold. Most everything was gone at 9 ovlock… and wasn’t being replaced. Just terrible!!!

We were in a handicap room and it had a tub you had to step over the side. I believe a walk in would be better. Also the elevator was not working well it was scary.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The overall common areas seemed nice and clean. The pool area was very nice, but the umbrellas were filthy and covered in dust. The rooms were decent for the most part, but needs so updating. The paint on bathroom ceiling was peeling, some tiles were broken and there was built up dirty/dust in all corners.

The room was nice enough. There were twisting my spots in the carpet. I had to wear shoes in the room. The rest of the room was pretty clean. Front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast wasn’t great and the staff didn’t speak English. Not a problem except for when we needed to ask for more of something. Finally gave up a couple of times. They were definitely trying to help but just didn’t understand what we were asking.

Relaxing in a whirlpool after a long travel day was amazing. Everyone is pleasant, polite, and accommodating. This was my second stay and plan on coming again.

As Hampton Inns go, this was pretty par for the course. The ripped window shade wasn't the greatest thing on earth, but also not the worst thing to ever happen in a hotel room.

The property and my room was above average for cleanliness which was a plus. I also enjoyed the hot breakfast offered every morning.
The beds could be a little more plush as I dont care for firm mattresses. Overall my stay was very good.

Front desk and Managers not helpful or sympathetic about their malfunctioning room doors. Stood outside the room 30 minutes while my husband went up and down from the 3rd floor to get new keys trying to get in so we could get ready for out evening event. Maintenance finally came up but they ended up putting us in a temporary room to get ready promising our King room would be ready upon our return. We were gone over 4 hours arrived back around 1030 pm given keys and still unable to get into room. We were “told” no other Kings available or rooms and had to take the temporary room. The evening desk clerk said she couldnt do amy adjustments but to speak to the manager. Horrified to find dirty sheets on the bed and paint peeling in the bathroom - changed and cleaned ourselves. Hotel employees taking over the breakfast area before guests finished. And then at check out the Manager arguing when we asked what could be done for the inconcenience. Not even an apology - he had incorrect information from the night people and then refused to listen because we booked through a “third” party. Only thing that saved us was that we paid directly at the hotel - He couldnt argue with a receipt. Such an experience that we’ve ever had at a Hampton/Hilton brand hotel. Definitely need some customer service experience training.

We booked a 2 night stay in a 1-bedroom King. We checked in around 7:00 p.m. on a Friday, and the personnel were very friendly, greeting us and both having a nice, professional demeanor. Our room was on the 3rd floor, and it was clean, but a little warm. So, we decided to turn the A/C on, but it wouldn’t work. We called the Front Desk and were told someone would come and look at it. We decided to leave to get a quick bite, and explore the surrounding area, but the door wouldn’t lock, meaning it could be pushed open without a key card. I went to the Desk this time and reported the issue. The attendant moved us to a different room because of the multiple issues. Not only did he move us, he actually upgraded us to a King with a pull-out sofa bed. We didn’t know about the upgrade until we walked into the room. We appreciated the upgrade. The pool/ whirlpool were clean and comfortable. The breakfast food was delicious and hot with both a mini-pancake and waffle makers. Overall, my family and I would stay again and recommend this Hotel!

You could hear the people above stomping around, the people talking in the next room. The fridge was broken and super loud. There was hair in the towels and no fan in the bathroom. The pool was murky and I did not want my daughter to swim in it. The bed was comfy and breakfast was decent. Definitely will not stay again.

We got to hotel very late after informing them of a late checkin. Then when we got there, the system was down and we had to wait over an half of hour before we could get our room after a long 6 hour drive. No compensation for our inconvenience.

The hotel was very nice and comfortable. You do however have to be let into the pool area by the front desk staff, which was strange to me. We had drinks in paper cups and they were not allowed. The breakfast was nice. Overall, a very nice one night stay.

Broken pool, no prior notice to staying at the hotel. This amenity was one of the reasons why this hotel was chosen.
Heater in bedroom is as loud as a freight train, so has to be off to sleep.
Light by bed was broken.
Shower was weak stream w only 1 setting where the water was not a trickle.

The breakfast was ok. They had those gross premade omelets which are microwaved, just make trays of scrambled eggs or don't offer eggs. Waffle maker was your best option followed by cereal.

The rooms and the property were not properly clean. Breakfast was below average. The breakfast gentleman was not helpful or courteous at all. He would be on his phone and give a look like not to be bothered. 2/11/24, 8:45 AM he said no syrup for French toast. Garbage food and !!!!
The front staffs were beyond amazing. Very nice and helpful all the time. I checked in on 2/8/24 at 1PM, the front person was beyond amazing. Ms. Shelly on the front desk was amazing as well.
