Loved this place! It’s a 3-minute walk to the boardwalk area so the location is ideal. The cottage itself was really cute with a small screened porch area to sit and enjoy and each cottage had outdoor Adirondack chairs as well. Much more enjoyable setting than a traditional motel room. Because the cottages are free-standing with no common/shared walls, there are windows on all sides that let the light in (but solid curtains for privacy). WiFi worked great. Got a little chilly the first night and the heater warmed up the place just fine. The family that manages it lives on site and were so friendly. They clearly take pride in the property. Great coffee house is a 5-minute drive to Laconia and drive runs along the lake for a gorgeous view.

Nice clean cottage, simple stay with my young son. Only downside is at bedtime we realized there was no heat/no heavy blanket and it was a rough sleep. Crazy cold early october mornings up North.

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I get a lot of hotels on hotel.com. I’m starting to question the quality of the hotels one channel on the TV cold shower in the morning. It was cold no heat one Tiny little spread on the bed. Not happy will never stay there again

I enjoyed my stay. The room and property were very clean and comfortable. Only thing that was awful was the shower had no water pressure and the shower head was clogged. Also they did have a good amount of ants trying to get in. I sprayed around the door frame and it kept them at bay. Loved my stay and would definitely return.

I read some of the negative reviews before I went so I was a little nervous. My room was spotless and comfortable. Peace a quiet also after a concert.

Weather was great! Cabin was clean and cozy. No cable tv or Hdmi cable in cabin had to go by one and hook my laptop up. All other people staying there very friendly quiet. Pool was very clean ans lots of table to put your stuff town. Short walk to boardwalk and beach.

I never got a text telling me my room was ready and the code to my lockbox, I got “lucky” that there was a staff member there for me to get my key as I was told normally ppl aren’t there. The room was clean but very motel like and smelled musty. We went to a concert, before leaving we cranked the AC, when we returned 7 hours later it was no cooler in the room then when we left it was hot— we decided to go home (1.5hour drive) because it was overall too uncomfortable, so was a waste of money as we never slept there. Sadly would not recommend.

I stayed for a quick overnight trip after seeing a concert. No complaints at all, check in was easy, room was clean and quiet and comfortable and the price was very attractive relative to other options in the town.

This was a great place to stay! I stayed in a very cozy cottage. It was nothing fancy, but had a lot of character and provided all of the amenities that I needed. I would definitely go back again!

Great little cottage. Exactly as advertised. Quick walking distance from the restaurants, beach and pier. Great price especially for your own little private detached setup. Only downside were the comfort level of the beds, but they were clean and so was everything else (might bring a comfort bed top or something next time). That was the only slight criticism, place is great and we will be back. Cannot stress enough what a great location it is.

Perfect little cottage for a short stay and within walking distance of weirs beach and the strip of restaurants, bars, arcades, etc. comfortably fits 2-3 people with a two double beds. Has a fridge and microwave, small porch with chairs. Would definitely stay here again !

Location, location, location. If you're attending the Laconia Motorcycle Rally, Weirs Beach Motel and Cottages is great. Easy walk to restaurants, bars, rally events, etc. Easy check-in and check-out. Room was very clean and Carrie tries to accommodate everyone's wishes. This is our second time staying here and we'll be back again.

We had a great time , perfect location for bike week . The only downside is after paying in full through expedia , they warn of of extra fees for a lot of things , but i what wont know what my total cost will be untill credit card bill comes . im counting on it to be what a ageed to when booked , if not ill have an issue too deal with. but i had a blast staying here

Cons: The spring beds were horrible. we slept there for 3 nights and every morning we woke up with a sore back. We all got bit by some bugs, not quite sure if it was a spider but it was bumpy and quite itchy. the carpet looks like its never been cleaned, cob webs outside the cottage and by the windows. The spring futon in the living room was the worst. We couldn't sit on it without it sinking down so basically we only used it to put our bags on it. $800 for 3 nights was possibly the worse. i could never charge that much for sping beds and futon. they should take that 800 and buy some new beds and tear the yucky carpet out. we could have rented an airbnb instead for that price. Pros: location.

Nice place. Only complaint was the double bed was not very comfortable at all. Room was clean, check -in was easy, quiet, despite being close to main road. Not far from Weirs Beach downtown which has train and lake tours.
