There were several issues that significantly impacted the quality of my experience. Firstly, the quality of the provided toiletries was substandard, particularly the toothbrushes which shed bristles during use. When we resorted to using our personal toothbrushes, these were mistakenly discarded by the housekeeping staff the following day, causing unnecessary inconvenience. Secondly, I experienced concerning issues with the front desk service. When requesting assistance to coordinate with our coach service provider for pickup, the reception staff's communication was ineffective. We were instructed to wait in the lobby at 11:00 PM, but the shuttle arrived 50 minutes late at 11:50 PM, leaving us waiting in the lobby for an extended period late at night. These incidents fell well below the standard of service I would expect from your establishment. I hope you will address these issues to improve the experience for future guests.

Really nice and comfortable hotel with very efficient and friendly staff. Comfortable bed. It is a little out of town so if you don’t mind depending on taxis or walking it will be fine. Not much in the way of restaurants nearby.

Staff is super friendly and helpful, helped us to organise sightseeing tours and let us leave our luggage while we went to Sapa. Breakfast is good and you can order Vietnamese coffee. Great location. Rooms are well equipped and laundry service is fast.

My family room does not have AC, too hot. Toilet broke at midnight. The hotel does not have a pool. Their condition is not good at all however Breakfast buffer is pretty good.

Great service and clean rooms. Friendly staff. But bizarre smoking policy - non-smoking room, but guests smoked in the hallway throughout the hotel. Lack of designated area for smokers. Front & back of hotel surrounded by cell towers, not recommended for guests with electro-magnetic hypersensitivity.

We love the La Sapinette Hotel Dalat, it’s great value for money. We have everything we need and it’s in a handy location. The team are always helpful and friendly and the rooms are clean and well appointed. The restaurant is amazing with 4 star service and gorgeous food. I can highly recommend the La Sapinette Hotel Dalat.

Great hotel. The area was pretty sketchy for food, especially dinner. We took a cab downtown each night to find something we could eat.

Hotel workers are not welcoming or friendly to their guests. Checkin process very fast but not much welcoming. They need training on how to treat their customers. Hallway very noisy in the morning and house keeping very rude. Bathroom has mildew all over and curtains looks like never been washed. Walls have not been cleaned in ages with many stains and marks on it. The sofa in the room had stains and pen writing on it. When we checked out they gave us back our documents and didnt say a word. We stayed at the counter for 5 mins waiting. Then they said you are finished. Thats it!!! Clearly not a 4 star hotel as they claim. I talked to the hotel manager about our bad experiences and she said she will fix the problems.

okay hotel, however, the window in our room couldnt close completely, even though maintenance tried to fix it. if you are willing to taxi to town this is great value for money. chose the hotel for the more quiet location.

Staff could speak better English and be nicer in general - one girl from reception seems not very happy with the presence of the guests around. Location is not central, but 1st thing we did was renting a motorbike and this point became irrelevant. You can leave the bike in underground parking for free. I would recommend this hotel for your stay

The La Sapinette was just perfect, more than we could ever have expected. It was a wonderful experience. The location was great, close enough to be only a few dollar taxi ride from anywhere but far enough away to be in a quiet location.

The hotel is about 3km from the centre so you will need to use a (very cheap) taxi to get into the town however this does mean that it is comparatively quiet.The room was well appointed and spotlessly clean. We ate one night in the deserted restaurant and the food was excellent. Breakfast was busier with at least 5 other guests.The staff were charming and helpful. They speak reasonable English and strive to make ones stay enjoyable. The Bar needs restocking -no sprite when we were there!
