Music from the bar next door is loud and a live band plays from 10:30pm to 1am. Not a good choice for those that like to go to bed early.

The city was very sleepy the day we stayed (Sunday). We walked around and thought that the hotel was in a great location. The breakfast was yummy. We only stayed one night. Not issues with the noise as there was no band playing.
The room was setup family style. Beds were comfortable.
There was parking next to the hotel.

Really good accommodations. We were above the restaurant so it was a little noisy but we would stay there again

We loved the location. The restaurant downstairs was really fun and the food was great. You can’t have kids in the bar after 9 PM.

Room was very spacious. The shower could have been a bit bigger but all in all a nice room. We were located above a he restaurant so it was a bit noisy until after midnight but we slept fine. We would stay there again

If you are not going to be out clubbing late, I would recommend asking for a room that is on the opposite side to the restaurant. The live music ended at 12:30 but the DJ played so loudly until 2 pm. We were in a family room but our family room was over the bar/restaurant. The breakfast was lovely. Everyone was lovely. The location is perfect but we are so tired….

Family room was very spacious and well laid out. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was not working, which caused a lot of moisture and condensation after showering.

Excellent location. Adjacent to pay parking lot. Needs to have a card reader installed on the lobby access door so that the staff doesn't have to open it every time you need to go in or out.

Great size room for 5 people. convenient area, easy parking, very nice breakfast included.

On Eyre Square in the heart of everything

It was very central to everything☺️

It’s not the noise from the restaurant and bar it’s the noise from the street. If you are not going to have AC at least invest in fans for every room. Also need to rethink only having one way out that is not alarmed.

Great place to stay in the heart of Limerick. In walking distance to King James Castle.

Good locations. Pub band next door was loud to early morning.

It was a great space and the staff was helpful and accommodating. The noise was not a big deal, I just took out my hearing aids.
The neighborhood seemed fun and safe to me. I wish I had more time to explore...

Very close to carpark and pubs. Excellent breakfast.
Very loud at night

Read the reviews! And don’t stay here unless you plan on being downstairs partying until 2 am. Extremely loud music played until 2 am so we could not sleep. Then very early in the morning people were up slamming doors and being very loud in the halls, would not recommend this place.

pro: centrally located, secured entrance, clean (but small) room, very friendly staff, wonderful breakfast.
cons: we were warned about the loud noises from the bar downstairs which we thought would be tolerable since we are both night owels, and the music did stop sometime between 11pm-12midnight, but we weren't happy that the next morning the banging music started at 7:23am!!! that's just unacceptable!!!
also cons: definitely need more lights in the room above one of the mirrors: there is one mirror in the bathroom and another one at the vanity/coffee table/desk. But neither has a light nearby so we couldn't see well at all when trying to put on make ups (we wear light make ups only but still....we just couldn't see without light).

Room is fine, staff is fine and breakfast is included and delicious.
But you need to know it's over a bar and loud music is to be expected until 12-1 in the morning.
We chose to be ok with that even if we were not aware of it before our stay.
Our main problem was that the hotel allowed party all night. There was loud music, doors slapping, people talking so loud and fighting for hours. We almost didn't sleep... So everyone else in the hotel that night, as we can hear at breakfast time. We called the reception, so did many others, but it changed nothing. Very desappointing since we are on a packpacking trip and one night with no sleep will affect a big part of our trip. When we choose to pay 160$ for a good night sleep, we expect that we are going to have a good night sleep.

Noise levels outside are unbearable, and this was a Monday night. Kept awake until after 2am. Windows do little to insulate against outside noise.

As everyone noted noisy at night but otherwise very good

The accommodation was excellent, service staff at breakfast were very nice, however the full Irish breakfast was terrible, it was over cooked or reheated , also the day time reception staff could try and smile and try to be a bit more friendly, i felt that i was checking into jail , as they are the first staff that you meet , they need to at lest try and look like they are interested , the restaurant and bar next door ( which is part of the company) was fantastic, the food was very well presented and tasty and the staff were very good, the pint of Guinness there was excellent.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. We had to ask for clean towels, trash to be collected, toilet paper and our cups and glasses to be washed. We never had our sheets changed

The staff at the front desk, was very helpful and nice to talk too. The location is amazing but on weekends the bar under the hotel is very loud, and hard to sleep through. Overall I would recommend this place just don’t have young kids that can’t join the party downstairs.

Loved the location for being right in the middle of everything. Room, public areas of the hotel including breakfast area were all clean and spacious. Our room was at the front of hotel and directly above the bar patio. You can definitely hear the bar noise but we were fully aware of this and brought earplugs so we slept well.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The pub connected to hotel was fun and good pub food. Parking garage is right there. St. Mary's cathedral and the Hunt museum is close walking distance. Good shopping and eateries all around and the music and irish dancers are wonderful

This location is perfect for the people interested in both the history and the pub life! A 20 minute round trip walk to attractions like king johns castle, it was perfectly centralized. A little loud as bars and pubs are around but overall loved the location. They even offered discount parking for the cruises street car park, just dont expect to get your car out earlier than 8:30am
