Thank you for a good stay

Overall it was good BUT the furniture was dated and there was no water in the room - this during a heatwave.

A nice experience. Everything went smooth.

Female staff seemed just wanting to help and more interested with their phones, lacking basic customer services skills. Hotel is dated but clean, basic twin bed room is basic, asked to be provided with a kettle and was informed no. Location is ok as short walk to beach and short bus ride to town centre.Price point seemed enough for what the hotel offers as a basic / economy twin room.

Excellent conditions for that location in Constanta. 10 minutes to the nearby beach.
Clean, friendly staff as good as it gets for a 3 star hotel.

It was too bad that the check in was at 6pm

Good wifi. Room was fine. Breakfast was good. New nightclub opened up directly below and blasted music throughout entire hotel. Attracted very tasteless people to hotel exterior, blocking entrance and steps

No parking places - very limited parking on the street .

The hotel was decent, and the ladies at the front desk were very relaxed and courteous to the guests. The hotel was really far away from any touristy areas, so if you plan to stay here, make sure you add another few bucks for cab rides to and from the hotel.

Check-in receptionist very nice. Check-out receptionist kind of rude.

There are too many stairs to get to reception..definitely not suitable for old people! Imagine you will park your car right on Mamaia Blvd because there is no parking at this hotel and you will carry your luggage on those many stairs.. not a job for everyone! Then, only one tiny elevator..so probably you will wait some time to get to your room. Finaly, when you get to your room, the water has insufficient pressure so the shower is not a pleasant one. If you have no problem with these, then you found a nice hotel and you can book.

Nice hotel and adequate for what was required.

Was ok, but i am handicapped and the amount of stairs to the lobby was a lot. The elevator was extra small. The key card had too be replaced because wouldnt work after every couple days.

I thank hotel Megalos for the service. The room was spacious and very comfortable, the bed - excllent. There are two things I may suggest doing to make it still better. One: the ventilator in the bathroom is too loud, which is rather unpleasant. Two: a small, but important thing. During breakfast, only fruit teas are supplied, but black ones are absolutely necessary for many people (us, Russians, for example). Thanks again.Elvira

The location is good, within a short walk to the city beach or a quick cab ride to main local attractions. The staff is friendly and the rooms are OK, although the amenities are a little worn down and outdated; they could stand a little refurbishment. However, if you're in town for just a few days on business and are looking for a budget hotel, this one is great for the purpose. Be aware, however, that the internet connection can be problematic, especially on Macs.

Except for the hard mattrass, I liked the hotel.
The reception staff could be friendlier.
