Check in was slow and directions on how to get to our room were unclear, resulting in us wasting 10+ minutes kust trying tonfigure out how to get to it.

Disappointing stay. Staff unhelpful lacking communication. Restaurant menu very limited which lacked choice especially for children. Tried to eat in bar area but told bar menu was takeaway only. Also takeaway food was of a very low standard, for the price. Breakfast in the morning was shambolic. Only positive was location with bus stop into the city right outside the hotel. I would not recommend this hotel which is disappointing as I have stayed at many Ibis hotels in Europe and their standards are normally very high.

All in all it is a good hotel although the address was wrong for my sat navigation. My only complaint was that whilst watching football in the bar, the staff decided to switch channels to watch a different game, which was rather annoying, the next night they done exactly the same...

For 100 euro/ night this is not a hotel, a hostel much better with a very high price for what they offer. In the room a disgusting carpet which actually stinks so bad you can sleep because of the smell , furniture it's cracking at every move, it's similar like a box size...Breakfast included apparently in another small room with very limited choices (maximum 6 items in total included bread), served same on a small room full of tables and chairs. Don't recommend at all

Comfortable enough room for one night prior tp a flight. Breakfast good, and they are able to provide Gluten Free bread and cereal, and *understand* the needs of those with gluten intolerance. Evening meal, whilst I think of typical price for many venues in Luxembourg was expensive for the food provided, over 20 Euros for basically a burger meal and 12 Euros for a bowl of pasta bolognaise. The food was well cooked and presented and the service was fine. The toilet in the room is a bit of a squeeze, I am only 5'2" and struggled to sort my dress out after using the toilet! Otherwise a good stay, with free airport transfer every half hour, and the free public transport (Bus 29) from the central railway station to the hotel, which drops off right outside the hotel.

I have never seen such a small room. The shower is in the room with the bed and has a clear glass door, no privacy. Could not get an Uber from the hotel to the airport in the early morning. Lucky it was close and we dragged ask our luggage to the terminal.

Does what it says on the packet. It is a budget hotel, very budget hotel. Bus connection was good to town and breakfast was much better than expected. Car parking on site is always a bonus. OK for a one night night stop over, I would not want to stay longer.

The least expensive hotel at the airport with a very small room, but it had everything we needed or have ever wanted in a hotel. Accessed the hotel on foot from the airport and hopped on the bus to the railroad station at the front door when we left.

Very handy for the airport and bus to the centre / train station. Rooms are very small and the "modesty curtain" in twin room could do with being thicker and longer, particularly as you face a mirror when leaving the shower (awkward if sharing with your teenage son!!), but comfortable room and great breakfast.

Wasn’t expecting a lot being budget however air con didn’t work thankfully could open window. Room still really hot and being adjacent to the runway was woken early by plans with window open. Please be aware if you book a family room your child if over 10 is classed as an adult and will not get breakfast unless you pay extra even though you have paid already for a family room with breakfast.

It was not a good experience in this hotel, the room is very small. I don't understand who thinks that not putting a door in a bathroom is okay. It has no privacy, it is uncomfortable and small. The breakfast was very basic and the service was not the best. To go to the center you have to walk to the airport (10') and from there take a bus, which is free. In about 20' you are in the center of the city. Since we traveled by car, there weren't many options closer to the center. I would definitely not return to this hotel.

Pluses: The hotel was walking distance from the airport and they had a shuttle to the airport. Shuttle driver was helpful. Negatives: Room/bathroom were small and walls a little thin. We could hear kids running around and crying late into the night.

The staff was really nice. The room was okay generally. However, the room smelled very unpleasant so you didnt want to stay in the room very long! Very close to the airport and by car the city is also close. The breakfast was good.

So..when checking in they asked us to pay 20 Eur extra for "early check in" according to "new rules". When we asked when the regular free check in was, the answer we got was "maybe 13.30, maybe 14 but maybe later". Great... We didn't pay and came back at 16. The next morning check out was at 12. At 9.00 someone enters our room without knocking, and continues to enter it even after us telling that we are in here. Very nice feeling when standing naked only with a towel after shower. The room itself was very small, beds were unevenly high and the toilet was so small that I am glad that we are average sized people, was difficult enough. Fairly clean though, and i guess the saying "you get what you pay for" is true, but this was even worse than expected

Very convenient to the airport, but you have to walk through a large parking lot. Having WiFi available in the rooms instead of just in the lobby would be a big benefit. Breakfast was good and they packed us something since we were leaving before the breakfast opened.

Excellent location near the airport. The shuttle service was so helpful. My room was next to the elevator and I heard it running all night. Didn’t sleep at all. The rooms were clean and the beds were okay. Room was very hot with no clear instructions on how to control the temperature. Overall, can’t beat the location and it was okay for the few hours we were there between flights.

I have been staying in this hotel in the last years due to the close proximity to the Luxemburg airport. Is very comfortable and they have a nice dinner restaurant and a great shuttle transport to the airport available 24hrs.

Clean sheets and comfy bed. Very small room but serves the purpose. Really nice restaurant, friendly service. Really nice shower. Let down by filthy carpet which made the room smell dirty.

Like most Ibis hotels. Had a good stay. Small but clean room. Perfect for a stopover thru Europe. Has a good provate parking just outside the hotel with busstop to the airport or citycentre. Good option

It was ok, a few problems trying to get room tea/coffee & sorting breakfast one day took a while but we only speak English too so could be that. Nice and close to airport, shame aircon wasn’t too efficient but again it was heatwave weekend so it might have been being used everywhere else too. The toilet fan doesn’t stop so running all night.
