Staff were excellent and very patient as we were there as a hockey team for a tournament. Hotel, was ok but only one elevator worked, men's washroom was mostly out of order, room bathroom fan didn't work, pillows were absolutely flat, pool room was cold, door swipes seldom worked, food/beverage was extremely over priced, hot water didn't last.

The room was not clean when we arrived, however the hotel did clean the room for us. We asked if we could possibly have some complimentary breakfasts for the inconvenience, but the hotel declined. The answer given was we had already received the room at such a low rate that it could not be done. The staff did not seem very interested in making it right beyond cleaning the room, which should have been done in the first place. As well the hotel was marketed as having a hot tub. Although there was a hot tub, it was broken. Hotel staff said it would be fixed by the second night of our stay, it was not fixed by the time we left on our 5th night. Overall not a very good experience with this hotel. I will never book at this location again. I truly think Hotels.com should remove this hotel from their availability.

Because we used a third-party Hotels.com, the payments didn’t go through fast enough, so the hotel made my wife my grandkids and my daughter sit for one hour in the lobby, then the next day they worn them again they may lose their room as payments for the first night went through, but not the second night, this thing seems to be an ongoing problem

i booked this to have a fun and relaxing weekend, however when i got there, the amenities where not up to what ive expected. The hot tub wasnt working, some of the guest said its been broken for days. The pool looked like tge water hasnt been cleaned for a while. Also we thought the breakfast was included since the front of the house mentioned it to me upon checking in. Then the following morning we were told it wasnt and we had to pay extra 19.98$. Also when i was about to lay down and sleep i was hearing a cracking noise. then i checked it out the bed frame was broken, so i when down and complain about it, the gave us another room. it was kinda stressful to be honest. i wish something can be done about this.

Great place to stay with small children before our flight. We booked a large suite where we were able to put our child down and still be able to move around freely. Staff were very accommodating in finding a crib too when the requested one was not in the room when I arrived. We will definitely stay here again.

We recently stayed at this property on August 10th. We had an extremely long drive and decided to find a nice hotel room our young children could have their own space in and we could relax in ours. Also a space that had a pool for them to swim and us to sit in the hot tub and relax. No where on the website did it note the hot tub was completed un usable or broken. We were absolutely disappointed when we arrived and found out from another guest, not the staff that there was no hot tub. When we went to put our children to bed on the pull out bed we found a the bedding had not been changed and there was literally someone’s fake nail left behind. Sheets were all filthy. When we called down we were told they were too busy to deal with it and we were welcome to change our own bedding. Should note we had to call for 25 minutes straight before someone answered. Each child was bathing/ showering so we weren’t able to go down to the front desk. I said I wasn’t going to pay $200 a night to change my own bedding. She said she would switch us rooms after much deliberations. We have to pack up our things and young children after 15 hours of travelling at midnight and move to a different room on a different floor only to find out the AC did not work in ththe room. Called down and once again asked waited 25 minutes calling the front desk for anyone to even answer to then be told nope no more rooms available and we were told welcome to LEAVE. Also that night was 25 degrees outside and not ok.

Rose was amazing to deal with while we checked in! So kind and knowledgeable!! All staff we have had contact with are awesome! The room was super clean and comfortable! Bed was fantastic!! Hotel is very clean all round and they have gone above and beyond to make all of us for the slo-pitch Canadians feel welcome!! Definitely a place I'll stay again!!!

The Hotel was very clean, room was spacious and was close to where we visited family. The issues were with the fact they had not lactose free or gluten free food options, continental breakfast was weak at best and over priced for what you get. When checking out I asked for a receipt to be emailed and was said no, your third party provider would send me one and the person had the wrong provider and I did not get a receipt for what I charged to my room, the over priced breakfast.

Hotel was nice and convenient. There was not a lot of options for snacks. We asked the guy working the desk . His response was to call Uber and have it delivered . Very disappointed with the restaurant very expensive I had chicken fingers and fries tasted terrible the fingers. Definitely from a box . One positive note young lady working was top notch very friendly hopefully she is paid well !!

My booking was given to another person same first name without cross checking and we have ro wait until they figured out..staff Nitej is very nice rhough overall but its still such a hassle..not enough staff at breakfast station and server is a bit agitated complaining she isnt supposed to be the server..mixed up orders and food wasnt well presented

Familiar with Hilton Garden Inns, checked in, hair in the bed, fresh stains not washed but fresh in the bed, broken AC unit in living area. 1 elevator due to the second broken. Maid only comes every other day. Out of the way, on the outskirts of Nisku, not near stores or restaurants. All around would not recommend.

I had a late arrival at the hotel due to a late departure from YUL. When I got to the hotel checkin took less than 10 minutes and I was off to my room that was very clean and quiet. I enjoyed the 12pm check out time which a lot of hotels don’t have without a price. I highly recommend this hotel and see you guys in a few weeks
