Everything was OK, unfortunately, obviously the roadworks going on right outside the front door is not the fault of the Hotel, but it was rather uncomfortable to move around the street. But my main problem was the terrible Pillows on the bed, more like bags of air and does not support the head properly, as they go as flat as the bed and it complicates my sleeping with the neck problems I have…

REALLY SAD experience of a looking forward to stay for 6 days- but because of dead we could not fly to Portugal and rÁ FIVE STAR hotel DIDNOT want to move the stay.Even the booking Emanuel manager was NO even we would come 2 days later and stay the 4 days instead of & DAYS every thing was LOST and we had to pay for everything...so SAD an EXPERIENCE....

What's more, the service is impeccable, with every staff member, from the front desk to the concierge and restaurant team, being incredibly polite and friendly. Our stay has been nothing short of delightful, and the hotel's location in Porto is perfect for exploring the surrounding area. Awesome, beautiful hotel. We were in Porto only for one night. Despite the construction we had a wonderful time. The hotel is centered in a great location with walking distance to many great restaurants and sites. Would definitely stay again.

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. The concierge service was the best I’ve ever had in all of my travels. The hotel was in a construction zone, but somehow they made it feel like an oasis. The dining room is beautiful but excellent and the staff was friendly and helpful.

There is MAJOR CONSTRUCTION directly across the small street from the entrance. Jackhammers were being used until 11 pm on a Friday night. I mentioned this on checkout, and they said “the construction company has a permit to work 24/7.” I heard that twice. Maybe they do, but it is terrible to be a guest there at this time. Construction is complete in APRIL 2026. Do not stay there until then. It is a shame as otherwise it is a great hotel.

There is a lot of construction happening directly in front of the building. Getting to the front door requires walking on the edge of a busy street. The room was very warm, I tried twice calling the front desk to ask if they could cool the room down with no improvement. They offered to bring up a fan at 2:30am as a solution to it being hot.

Great hotel...but visited at a challenging time. Building work all around the hotel detracted from the views, and access to hotel parking was poor (ended up parking around the corner in a public lot-with all the bags we had, spoilt the check-in somewhat)! Otherwise, good location for the sights!

The hotel was amazing. Best shower, best bed, awesome staff. So helpful. The area around the hotel is under construction so you must navigate around that. If you have a car, you must valet. Location is perfect. Loved this hotel!!
