Amazing stay at Aparthotel stare Miasto. The hotel was beautfully decorated, with the most perfect location around 2 minutes walk to old town square. Staff were extremely helpful with anything we needed couldn't fault them in the slightest!! Room was cleaned everyday to a high quality. The only couple of things which could be improved was the pillow although large only got 1 with no others in the room and the pillow was uncomfortable and the mattress alittle hard/firm just my preference other guest may love this over soft.

An absolute great and wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The rooms were beautiful and very unique. The kitchen was helpful for smaller meals. Parking is very difficult but that is to be expected from an inner-city hotel, but with an excellent walkable location. The hotel provided alternative locations for convenient, but expensive, parking. We will definitely stay here again but without using a vehicle.

Very nice renovated old building in the heart of the old town. Good WiFi in all (3) our rooms. Only Polish TV channels. Shower too small to close the shower door. Toilet much too small to be used normally. Incredible conditions in Room 606. The other 2 rooms were ok. Hotel did not answer to my emails for about 20 days. The telephone support of HOTELS.COM confirmed no response and both telephone numbers given were out of order. Wonderful location only 50m from the Rynek and all the wonderful places.

Lovely location, a street away from the old town market square. Architecture of the building was always impressive with the red brick throughout the site. Our room provided the comfort needed of a city break, cool, quiet and relaxing that helped provide restoration following a day of sightseeing and walking.

Awful nights sleep in all 3 nights. Curtains extremely badly fitting and NO blinds or shutters. Lots of light flooding into room. Also Very, Very Noisy from street below. On Saturday and Sunday noise from Revellers and traffic was still going on at 3:30 AM !! I spoke to receptionist both that evening and on Saturday Morning. The one on Saturday morning was very dismissive, rude and just not interested. There was no point in pursuing with her so have just taken my complaint up with Hotels.com directly. It amazes me how this property has such great reviews as for us it was a total waste of money and sleepless nights ruined our trip.

We absolutely would have give 5 stars but we had to go and ask for more shampoo, shower gel and water for our 4 day stay. We received 2 bottles of water on arrival and 2 small one use shampoos and shower gels. That’s all we could really fault. Our room didn’t have a sofa as such on the ground floor but there was one upstairs. Literally around the corner from the main square and staff were pleasant and attentive especially the young man with curly hair who was working Wednesday night. Our room was fabulous!!! We stayed in the Duplex Suite and it was absolutely stunning

The Location and The Rooms were A . The Service Leaves Something to Be Desired. Had Quite some Trouble Arriving due to GPS always informing us to Turn on One Way Streets. Finally after 1 hr of Stressful Driving to Find Location ended up driving wrong way on street twice to Arrive at the Hotel.

When we arrived outside I thought what have I booked once inside wow just amazing what they have achieved in this building is mind blowing lots of thought went into this the rooms so well thought out everything was so clean breakfast was also really good the best eggs Benedict I think I ever had dinning area also very well presented and staff were all very friendly

The tv didn’t work until I called staff for help. I Was told it was old and not a Smart TV. No English channels available. Bathroom was TINY. Could not shave as you could barely do anything in the shower. Again, tiny. I mentioned this to staff many times with no resolution. WILL NOT RETURN.

Great hotel with exposed brick walls - high ceilings and spotlessly clean. Downside noise from the front as could hear people outside and traffic at night. Buzzing noise coming from the kitchen keeps you awake. Cold water shower in the morning before our early morning day trip. Had to ask for the heaters to be put on as room was cold. Fantastic breakfast in the restaurant.

The hotel is in a fantastic location and the rooms are fabulous and unique. Great facilities and reception were very responsive to emails and arranged our hotel transfer and a birthday surprise in the room. Would highly recommend.

It was a beautiful, unique property with the exposed brickwork and multi-level kitchenette upstairs. It was also a two minute walk from the city center square, which made it very convenient and walkable.

Excellent location. Polite and professional reception. Very clean conditions and high value for the price. The kitchenette is added plus and ve y convenient. Shower was quite good. Only drawback was no chest with drawers for storing clothing but there were hangers and open clothing rack. Restaurant is quite good and breakfast is full menu available not a skimpy cold food only self-serve.
