Lovely boutique hotel within walking distance of Ploenchit. Recently taken over by Marriott, but not to worry, it doesn’t show. Elegant retro (1920s) theme throughout. Spacious room with luxurious bathroom and very comfortable bed (I went out and bought a pillow of the same model). The rooftop balcony bar is ideal for nightcaps.

The room is not clean, we see cockroach in the table, luckily we had changed the room, however the room was not the same room that we booked.

Rooms were outdated. Pillows smelled bad. Our youngest child had a little accident in bed and they overcharged us for cleaning. We already paid for a extra night and they could have easily compensated it if they were nicer. Also the entrance and lobby were really dark. Would not recommend.

When check in:- 1) Booger and nose hair on the toilet wash basin 2) Bedbug on coach 3) Bedbug on light blue baby pillow 4) Folded the information photo page of my new passport with no reason after photocopying 5) 24/F roof bar / sky bar is blocked. 6) Outdoor pool side is extremely dirty and bad smell from swimming pool. 7) People from Muse overall is good.

This was a fabulous hotel. Staff were super accommodating and friendly. The room was large and gorgeous - we loved the moody decor. The most comfortable hotel during my whole stay in Asia. The multiple restaurants were a convenient feature too.

It’s a long walk to Central World is 15 mins. Not ideal under the July weather. The amenities around the hotel is not bad. The hair dryer wire is so short to use. Strange choice for guest to use. The lighting is indeed too dim. The shower cap is so thick not comfortable. The refund of the deposit is said up take 14 days. This is so long.

Great hotel however the experience was marred by my wife watching a cockroach scurry out of the expresso machine look around and return home into the unit. Food cleanliness is very important and in my nation this would have had the restaurant condemned until pest removal had been successful. As a transplant recipient food safety is a major concern and this is not acceptable in a 5 star.

What an outstanding hotel ! The staff will definitely go out of their way to make sure that you have a great stay ! I had a short talk with the general manager, very professional, and very friendly. The staff are always cleaning or straightening, which is hard to find these days with the cell phone epidemic , I would definitely stay here again I would definitely recommend it to families or business or solo travelers .

Excellent stay, small changes required. This is a lovely hotel with excellent service. The hotel is showing its age a little. Floors are scratched and furniture is chipped. The rooms have beautiful bathtubs, but the shower gel, shampoo and conditioner are bolted into the shower so unless you brought your own you can’t use them in the bath. The staff are extremely attuned to guests needs and go out of their way to be helpful.

Have stayed at this hotel before and wanted to return to celebrate my 50th birthday. However, the hotel is not at the same level as before. It's the little things.... * The roof terrace was closed - something they forgot to inform us about when we booked. * Their free tuk-tuk transport was no longer in service. * There was no staff at the poolarea (had to ask restaurant to call for towels, and go into the restaurant if you wanted to order something to drink by the pool). * Minibar at our room was not refilled. We also visited their steakhouse restaurant - delicious food, but there were technical issues, so no background music, and only 2 other guests, so it was a bit too quiet/empty. The waiters were polite and attentive - and thank you for the birthday cake and dessert :) All in all, still a very nice hotel with good service, nice rooms, poolarea and skybar. But just not 5 star anymore in my opinion, even though they still charge for food/drinks like it was a 5 star hotel :)

Quaint hotel with amazing breakfast (tasty) and rooftop bar. However like many hotels had experience with a few staff totally skewed my view of the place. Most staff were courteous and professional, but a few were not just professional but rude. I've told the manager on duty of their mistake that caused the misunderstanding and rudeness of one if his staff but he also seemed a bit clueless. If it wasn't for this experience I would have given a 5 star despite the place being a bit dated.

Not family friendly. Says it sleeps 4 but they mean in 1 bed and want an extra 1500 a night for an extra bed. After 2 sleepless nights we decided to just pay it and then they gave it free - annoying and confusing! Breakfast is expensive. Room cleaned late on in day even when we asked for earlier. Also minibar not free - pricelist is hidden in another cupboard. Its a cool hotel but missed the mark with us.
