Best resort ever!!!!! kind staffs, nice and clean room, large pool, beautiful resort, private beach, good food.. I loved everything! Especially massage by the sea was the best! Anyone coming to this place MUST visit the spa!

The warmest hospitality that I have ever experienced was provided to my family. Our privacy was also highly protected.

All the staffs were extra ordinary kind and helpful. room was clean and well equipped. Thanks for the food basket. all areas were quiet and environmental friendly. Restaurant was nice and food was ok. I love the croissants and waffles. Anywhere in the vinpearl island, you can move by the buggies with ease. Vin wonders was wonderful, no cue to excess saffari, underworld nor any water slides. From Luxury to the Vinpearl golf CC, it took about 10 mins by buggy. CC was pretty tightly running like Korea. I prefer to go any other places.

There was an issue on the housekeeping, but the staffs were very skilled at handling it and we appreciate it a lot. It was a good price overall, the room was clean and well-equipped, and full of friendly staffs. Thanks a lot of the good experiences there!

Vinpearl Luxury Nha Trang is a fantastic destination. All the staff from the pool attendant to the front desk are ultra friendly, helpful and nice. Vinpearl has a number of resorts on that part of the island but almost all cater to a larger mass market. If you want privacy and laid back beach/pool lifestyle, i can't recommend enough. Back in Saigon and already missing the place.

The service was 5 star -- stunning setting and treated like royalty. Only two things were not great -- the TV was very complicated and "loaded" channels a bit slowly... also the water pressure in the shower was very weak. We did complain about this and they sent someone immediately but I didnt really make a difference

Cannot rate this property as a 5 star. First, need English speaking staff. No tours information at all! Dirty shower and pool in house. Very dirty in sauna and Spa jacuzzi . Air conditioner did not work properly. Too many labours around all day long. Very delicious food but small choices and menu, all the same, only for short stay.

If you try to find out place which is private and peaceful, vinpearl luxury would be the most suitable for you. From ocean view room to beach, it is just stone's throw away. Expecially, we really thankful to lady staff whose name is 'Trang'. I hope we will visit here once again next year.

We booked the Luxury beachfront villa - check-in was great. They greeted you as soon as you got to the speed boats and check in was VIP and fast. We had a guest services boy take us to our villa and here is where it all fell apart. Tung - who also goes by Tom - who's English was perfect - dropped us off. We had questions about where to eat dinner - he told us we could only eat at the Wave bar (doesn't serve dinner) or the buffet, there were no other places to eat. We asked him for a map of the Island - he said they were out of maps and there were none online. He said there was nothing else or no where else to go on the island. We felt like once he brought our bags to us and dropped us off that we were on our own and not getting the answers or the customer service we should be at such an establishment where we spent so much a night to say there. We asked Tom to take us around the island and we spoke to a concierge who told us MANY NOT TO MISS things on the Island and gave us a map! On our tour we found out there was numerous resorts there, may restaurants and things to do - ALL of which we had access to because we were staying at Luxury. We IMMEDIATELY changed resorts. For such a high end resort, we should not have had to deal with Tom for a second. The other issue was our view on the lux side. All you see is the city, the Tram and speed boats 24 hrs a day. Pics must have been photoshopped - definitely wasn't worth the money and we were happy to leave Tom and the city view!

My travel bag is broken. I am very uncomfortable. I was very uncomfortable when I checked out.

Nearly there... Beautifully kept beach, comfortable rooms, great plunge pools. Just need a few finishing more generous touches from their external management. Good food. Had hoped (!) for a yacht as per some of the photos, but transportation across the strait is by the standard vessel, albeit privately. Perhaps things could be just a little more generous to distinguish itself from other properties - charging for water at meals when it's in the mid thirties is poor form, saying no to a family crossing the strait by cable car even as an alternative to the boat (even though when we did go to Vinpearland it was obviously under-used) is dubious, and I'd suggest that there should be some kind of special deal offered for the theme park - even just a simple thing like free food there rather than having to come back to the hotel if your deal is full board - or a reduced ticket entry. Almost there!

Having shellfish allergies they noted this in my profile and by the time I went for lunch the staff was aware and showed me the dishes on the buffet to avoid. Wow what service. I had a oceanfront villa and it was spectacular. Room size was excellent with a nice bathroom and private pool. I could sit on the front porch and see the ocean just steps away. The pool and beach area was so amazing that I never used my private pool. I moved between the two over the several days I was onsite. The staff was excellent and most friendly. Their entire purpose was to make sure you were having a good time and everything you needed was available. Extremely friendly and professional. I had purchased the meal plan and felt the buffet was very good and types of foods rotated daily. In the evening there was a portion of the meal cooked to your liking outside on a grill. I would go back for sure. It is a good place for adults and families.

Island just just a ferry ride away from the city and busier vibes of Nha Trang beach. ( ferry very 20-30min) 24 hrs a day. Only had two night and didn’t the the island once. Needed more time since there was a great private beach, nice , pool, great food, and even amusement park nearby; with more to come. Will definitely be back one day.

Beautiful rooms. Staff are so polite and friendly. Food is amazing. Cocktails are good at the wave bar. All in all a good experience.

This is a true private island resort experience. Everything is handled for you with wonderful staff and facilities. Very luxurious. We would have liked to had a small boutique high-end gift shop available on property and some entertainment maybe out on the dock in the early evening would have been nice. That said, we were wonderfully charmed by the resort, the service and the staff. We WILL be back!

Booked a garden villa for 3-nights during NYE. Regretfully, it was definitely not worth the money and not up to the standard it claims..... Two restaurants within the resort provide very limited selection of food. Water in the private pool is not very clean. Spa and gym are located by the beach and the view is pretty good though. Compared with other five star or boutique beach resorts in Thailand, Bali, this one is not well managed in many aspects.
