It’s conveniently located and the staff are friendly. It’s tired, cramped, and the walls are paper thin.

We had a wonderful stay at Thredbo. It was convenient to lifts, restaurants and rental services. The staff were accommodating and with no lifts took our bags to our room.Parking was available for car. Remember to pay the national park usage fee at info center.

Rooms a bit dated but a great spot.

Great view close to everything you need warm inviting atmosphere

Only concern - the bed mattress was past its best. Was raised with housekeeping/reception - but sadly they did not address.

Excellent location with onsite parking and close to everything!

Really good place to stay specially love to have snow around

The hotel was really easy to find. They gave us a parking permit to park just outside the front door. The room was small, as one expects in a ski resort but the facilities were great. Lovely area with a fireplace to sit around and enjoy. Close to the few places that were open this time of the year. Great breakfast.

Really lovely stay here! So close to everything in the village, 5 minute walk to the lifts, friendly staff. Love that they had laundry on property ( 2 AUD per wash/dry cycle) and the continental breakfast was delicious and very filling for a day of activities! Room was spacious and had lovely amenities. Would recommend for anyone staying in Thredbo for MTB, hiking, skiing, snowboarding, or any other activities :)

The hotel is well positioned and is central in Thredbo. The view was noce and the rooms were clean. There was an issue woth the water pressure and either the shower had to be on Hot or to get pressure, cold water needed to be added which made it luke warm at best. This was not ideal as mu daughter struggled to wash her hair due to the water pressure.
Bteakfast was good value, but the hot selection was cold and the pastries went very early in the morning and selection was poor by 830am.
The bed was comfortable.

Conveniently located right at the entrance of Thredbo Alpine Village, very close to the chairlift, perfect for those who'd go for the various walks and hikes in Mt. Kosciuszko.

A lovely stay with great views of the slopes from the room.
Plenty of character and some great spots to sit and relax.
Staff are wonderful, very helpful and accommodating.
Lots of eating options around the village.
Room was compact but comfortable for a three night stay.
Bathroom could have had some additional towel rails, but otherwise no complaints.
Would stay here again.

The staff are the gems of this accommodation- friendly and ever helpful plus will offer valet service when car park full. The beds were very comfy and nice to look out at the mountains. NB use rubber mat in bath - soap bottles’ location make the bath surface super slippery (I had a slip/fall in bath before realising there was a rubber mat). The timber construction made us feel we were in a tyrolean location. Great location for everything. Lovely, relaxing lounge areas and verandah.

Kaitlyn was amazing. Helped me change my booking at the last minute.
Staff friendly.
The view was amazing of the mountain, our window was a lil dirty, which hindered that view.
Will definately be recommending

Vintage ski lodge in a beautiful setting. Things were a bit sleepy because it was the off season -- most restaurants were closed and the majority of the visitors were mountain bikers. We took the ski lift up to the top and had a lovely nature hike down.

Very quick check-in. Staff very friendly. Complimentary bottle of wine due to being a returning guest. Super comfortable bed. Excellent buffet breakfast. Extra care taken to ensure on-site parking is available to guests with cars.

Clean and comfortable room with necessary utensils.

Location is everything and this was great. Would be perfect for winter stays. We stayed in Summer and the rooms were hot with the only fan available being as loud as a jet plane - both options made it hard to sleep. But if it were winter this would be the ideal location.

Great location, really nice buffet breakfast, awesome location and the staff were very very helpful! Only issue is getting to and from Threadbo if you don't have your own transport - The hotel was fantastic!

Wifi not working, some lights and bathroom fan not working, restaurant not open

Room was too warm due to central heating being on in summer

The hotel building and rooms were fairly nice, location is good right next to the lifts, and the reception staff were pleasant and helpful and accommodated us in a triple room rather than double as booked (although the website description was slightly misleading. However, this property was really grossly overpriced for what is and the bar closed by 9pm every night despite being advertised as opening until 11pm. Moreover, one night we brought a takeaway pizza into the bar area and were hassled by a security guard and told we couldn’t eat it there even though were in the process of ordering drinks. I get that the hotel wants to sell you its own food, but this was beyond petty and irritated me to the point that I bought nothing else for the rest of the stay (even had it been open). When you’re paying a substantial amount to stay in a hotel that advertises particular facilities, being told they close because the hotel ‘doesn’t want to lose money if custom is slow’ is really not an acceptable reason.

Close to everything in Thredbo. What we liked?
Too expensive for value. Old everything and lamps not working. You get charged 100 dollars for security deposit and they should let people know. What we did not like?

It is the best hotel in Thredbo, with the best room conditions and facilities. The highlight is inclusive breakfast. Room is warm and opposite to Terminal chairlift and save your travel to stay in the mountain. Enough spots for guest parking and no pre booking required. .it us the five star experience, highly recommended

Close to the chairlifts. Friendly staff and clean rooms

Excellent location - everything is close by, including affiliated restaurants. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Decent facilities: on-site restaurants, lounge area – nice area to relax and read a book.
I particularly liked their policy of giving you $15 off your bill for every day you choose to not have your room cleaned. It's eco-friendly and saves the guest money. I personally don’t think it is necessary to clean the room or replenish towels, soap, etc everyday so works perfectly for me.
On the negative side, room walls are wafer-thin: could hear my neighbours' conversations. Noise from the outside courtyard area also got through, which is not great as on my last night some people were having a party in the courtyard until very late at night.
Bathroom is also a bit small.

Didn’t like when got to top of chair lift no one help us disembark.

The property is in the perfect place, close to lifts and good restaurants. It was clean and staff was amazing. The only thing we didn't like is there was this annoying noise in our room. We talked to the hotel about it and they said they would come and take a look, but they didn't. It was hard to fall asleep because of this noise.
2.0
Tiny dated room and hotel. Bed was comfortable and hotel food was average at best and very expensive. You would only stay here if you are a keen skier or hiker and don't care about your accomodation.
4.0
Easy access on foot to Merretts Gondola and Thredbo Rental and Retail outlet for hassle free skiing holiday.
End of season fireworks were spectacular!
Helpful, friendly reception service and assistance with hotel parking and securing ski gear in lockers. Simple check-in and checkout procedure made overall hotel experience positive and enjoyable.
