Nice facility but there is not much nearby. Have to take a taxi for even basic stuff. No shop in the hotel. The rooms are excellent and the golf course view is awesome. Spa is nice.

This hotel was officially built in 2009. It appears to be 50 years old and has never been renovated. While I typically enjoy park hotels and golf resorts, this one is not recommended due to its age. The carpet was full of stains, and the pillows were of poor quality. Although they offered me an upgrade to a better room, it was acceptable but couldn’t compete with other 5-star hotels. The housekeeping manager was so kind and that’s why I did not check out right away. Owner c’mon put your hands in the pocket and spend some bucks on this old Titanic. A small tip: it is located in the middle of nowhere.

The property was Gorgeous!!! And the staff was Amazing!! They helped us with a variety of questions and requests, as we were not familiar with Abu Dhabi. All of the recommendations were Fabulous and the Staff was Great!!! I will always recommend the Westin and Golf Resort to fellow travelers

This property is a little our of town but it has superb service and ammenities. It is easy to catch a taxi to the sight seeing places. The staff could not be more accommodating. The gym and pool is great. If you are a golfer it’s all there

If you are a golfer then the Westin is a great choice! World championship course there is amazing. Practice facilities among the best I’ve seen and the entire atmosphere is amazing! Well appointed hotel lobby, stylish restaurants and bars, great coffee, amazing breakfast and dinner buffets and I could go in. Location is also close to airport and most Abu Dhabi points of interest! I’ll be back again!

We stayed one night for our transit at AbuDhabi. Hotel was very clean and well maintained. Rooms were ready and staff was very friendly. We had early flight to catch and checked at front desk about breakfast. Breakfast was ready at 6:30. Front desk staff was very friendly and set us up in the room at same level as breakfast so that we can leave on time after the breakfast. We did notice couple of flies in the room, but that may be due to the garden view and the balcony.

Had a great stay at the Westin, rooms were generous size with balcony overlooking the golf course, bathroom was good in size and well laid out, buffet breakfast was awesome with chefs responding to requests to tailor make meals. Buffet Spread was great with options to cater to even the most fussy eaters. Staff was friendly, polite and helpful at all times. Location was well situated midway to city and Yas island.

I have visited several times before, and the hotel location and the staff service are excellent. However,on my first visit for 2 years it was noticeable that certain areas of the hotel are beginning to look a little tired and in need of maintenance. In the pool area there is paving that is uneven and wobbling, and some of the ceramic tiles have lifted from the pool floor. Also, within my room (316) the access panel in the bathroom ceiling was poorly fitted and the wall mounted shower hose had PTFE tape wrapped around to hold it in place.

I had a magnificent stay at the Westin. The check in was smooth, the staff was kind and attentive especially Answar. Initially, my room had a few discrepancies, but the staff was so gracious in upgrading my room. The golf course, pool and gym were amazing. The pool attendants were really nice as well. Will definitely staycation here again.

Really good service in the reception. Good Covid-19 prcautions measure in place: hand washes everywhere, fever measurement when arrive to hotel and wallet parking was not available. Breakfast difficult as no buffet's allowed so all orders has to be ordered.
