The hotel looked ok and i can see maybe its better in summer. We went in Nov. The location is great but we found the room basic like 2 star and very small.

Rooms cleaned every day which is a big plus Breakfast plentiful staff pleasant and helpful the hotel is situated near the beach plenty restaurants bars etc on doorstep will be returning soon.

Lovely hotel, very clean and modern. Rooms are a good size, bathrooms are great. Staff seemed friendly, breakfast was good, usual Turkish offerings. Pool is lovely, bit smaller than I personally prefer, as is the surrounding area, but looks great. Overall a nice hotel.

The hotel is central to the beach.The staff are friendly and helpful.The pool is closed due to the time of year.Breakfast is excellent.The Hotel is basic so don’t expect anything more but on the plus side it is kept spotlessly clean including bedrooms.Still at Hotel and will post final review after leaving.

The hotel was basic with good customer service. However, I had issues with the shower which were not put right. The bedsheets were not changed during my 3 night stay. I moved to a different hotel for my next 4 night stay.

It was a brilliant hotel very friendly nothing to much trouble for the staff.i happen to mention to the owner I love the atmosphere among staff they don't jump when he comes in he said we are more like family I respect them and they do their job and more because they all work as a family unit.How amazing is that.

Excellent staff. Room was good, some of the fittings were a bit loose though. Breakfast was plentiful, fresh and tasty. Swimming pool was good, plenty of sun beds and a nice temperature. Very close to the beach and restaurants, and in a back street so much quieter. Thank you for a lovely holiday!

The hotel is clean and staff are very helpful. Very close to beach and shopping. I have stayed here around 8 times over the last 5 years and would not book anywhere else. If you need anything staff will do anything to help you out.

Until we understand even the basic room cleaning service was given upon request only we felt very uncomfortable. Even after they did not clean the bathroom and wash basin until we specifically asked for it. Other than that it was ok

5 minutes from beach and several very reasonably priced places to eat within easy walking distance, indian, chinese, Italian as well as the local native cuisine, cant wait o return many times in the future

Despite the fact that nothing worked, the manager was extremely helpful. I had a large room with a balcony. It was end of season but the staff were wonderful. It was very near the beach and all of the shops. I would go back and recommend it to my friends. The breakfast was simple but more than enough, and fresh.

hotel will charge you for using the fridge and air conditioner in the room daily also their is no internet in the room only in the main reception area even though you want to use next to the main area it is very bad reception. Breakfast is not want you think?. In Breakfast their NO orange juice, NO water, NO meat , NO sausage, NO scramble eggs, NO croissant just olive,tomato, white cheese, coffee, tea, bread and butter,jam, honey and boiled eggs only is served in breakfast. room NO satellite TV, No Alarm clock. i will rate this hotel Zero star

The hotel was just 3 minutes walk to the beach,shops,bars and restaurants.A delightful buffet breakfast was served in the lovely garden every morning. The staff was helpful as well.I highly recommend Altenersan to everyone visiting Didim for a joyful time.

This was a last minute booking. We did have a hard time finding the hotel. When we went to check in, we were asked for a paper copy of the e-mail confirmation. As we were traveling, we had no access to a printer, and had to go to a nearby Internet cafe. When we were shown our room, I was initially put off. In spite of what the listing says, it does not look renovated in the rooms. The bed felt damp, and the bathroom was very small with a shower open to the toilet. We had a double bed, but only a single blanket. We were able to get another one. The lock on the door was the sort of door knob lock you see on a bathroom door. The breakfast buffet was basic but decent. Other than our initial experience of needing a printed reservation, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location was quite close to the beach. Overall, you get what you pay for. It's basic but gives you an adequate place to sleep.

I stayed at this hotel for a week. The rooms were ok but were not cleaned on a daily basis. All they did was take your rubbish and changed the sheets and towels once during the week. There were not enough electrical sockets in the room and there was no mirror in the bedroom. To get some warm water you had to run the shower for 15 minutes which I thought terrible and a waste. I did complain a couple of times and because of this they didn't charge us for the use of the fridge in the room. The only good things about the hotel were some of the staff and the location. I definitely would not recommend this hotel and don't think it should be listed as a 3 star hotel more like 2 star.

This is a good budget hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel is well located and close to everything. Definitely not 5 star, basic facilities but completely adequate. Go not expecting 5 star and be pleasantly surprised.
