I came here ten years ago and still recall how friendly the hotel staff were so I decided to bring my family and my wife's here for 10 days. The staff...again ...was superb, pleasant and friendly. We chose a VIP room but they gave it to us on the Seventh floor which is a floor below the restaurant/bar. Thus it was veryyyyyyyyyy loud. Plus the room was facing the famous Walking Street. So if you are planning to come here and sensitive to loud noises i strongly suggest you to choose a room on lower level and away from the famous walking street. We didnt complain because my kids and wife can sleep though all this noise. Regarding the condition of the VIP room, it was spacious and super clean. No complaint. Breakfast was quite decent. I just wish some of the staff there were as friendly as the hotel receptionists and door guy. They never said hello or greeted us. But they did work hard to make sure the food was ready and available. So the manager there needs to set as an example for her workers how to be pleasant. If she doesnt smile or say hello, how can you expect her workers to do the same. Fortunately there were three of them that were nice. One complaint...my toddlers cannot drink from a big glass. They wouldnt let me use a toddler friendly bottle to refill it with water. I had to beg for a straw every mornin but that was a struggle as they kept spilling liquids all over their t shirts. Yet the manager and one fella wouldnt budge. Thought it was unfair and sad.

On the positive side they are in a fun location and have a nice rooftop bar and the breakfast in the morning was of decent quality. The layout of the hotel and navigating the elevators is a little odd but I can forgive this. The room was large but the bed and sheets were of poor quality. The hot water for showering was inconsistent. The shower itself was a tub you stand in and it took great care and physical flexibilty on my part to not get water everywhere. The Japanese style toilet functionality was no longer working so it was just a regular toilet. The safe required repair while I was there but this was handled in a relatively efficient manner. Staff was very pleasent and helpful. The postives and negatives leads me to give an overall "average" rating for this property.

Excellent staffs, we totally enjoyed our stay here. Breakfast at rooftop was good, with a nice city view. If you are early, you can even catch sunrise. We would definitely stay here again when we visit.

We were invited to drink on the roof top for buy 2 get 1 free. We went in and saw the name Đức Vuong, which was my family’s business name in US. Everything went smoothly and perfect so we decided to book this hotel. Our room was clean, front desk were very helpful. Most definitely recommend this hotel for everyone.

If you want to be in the middle of the "walking street", its a great location. Staff were lovely, facilities clean. Breakfast buffet was adequate, nothing special.Sunsets at rooftoo bar were fantastic.. Bed was hard, pillows cheap and uncomfortable. Very noisey at night between people coming back all hours drunk as well as people at rooftop bar. Not for me again

It's located near Bui Vien Street and there's a lot of club noise until 3am, so earplugs are a must if you go to bed early.

This is my second stay in this hotel and the reason why I chose to stay again is price and convenience. The hotel is located right at the famous Walking Street. There are lots of restaurants in the area. I availed of their breakfast but unlike the first time that I stayed, I noticed that they have limited choices of food this time. They renovated the Restaurant and so it looks nicer, wider and cleaner this time. Staff as usual are very welcoming and hospitable. Amenities in the room are limited. They have a safe, a mini fridge and a complimentary bottled water. Water heater, airconditioning and wi-fi all works well. Nothing can beat this hotel in terms of location. I will definitely stay again.

We had a good room, easy access to everything. The street life was vibrant to say the least, but our room was large and quiet. We were both happy with the breakfast and the view from the roof was spectacular

A nice family run hotel in the middle of walking street crazyness... I got a quiet room (at night) but there was construction during the day and was quite noisy... Also only 1 elevator, as the 2nd was "out" on "maintenance"... Parties on the roof also make it quite noisy at night through out the hotel...

Staffs were excellent,location is convenient but noisy at night and the next door construction. The bathroom designed is Terrible and non- sense. Water just poured on the floor every time you shower. Good luck with room 413

Yes it's right on Bui Vien walking street so great of that's what you're after. It was reasonably quiet inside considering the racket outside. The room is really small -ich smaller than it looks in the pics. Also the shower is awful with the shower head mounted at chest height. It's a 2 star hotel IMO.

Unfortunately, the rooftop bar was not available and undergoing renovations - so I was not able to experience one of the things I was looking forward to experience. BUT I was able to go to the top and get a good view of the surrounding. neighborhood. The staff at the hotel made my stay really awesome! From the person who was going out of their way to help me with the bags, to the folks that helped with the check-in process. It was an easy and was satisfied. Even when shifts changed, the people at the front desk were still amazing, (and communicated well in English). The hotel room amenities were as expected and the room I got was clean. I was not expecting much, but what was offered would suffice. Overall, I had a great experience and would stay here again.

Very good value for your money. Helpful receptionists, nice Asian self-service breakfast at 8th floor terrace. Room with aircom, 40 Asian satellite tv channels, fridge, safe, hairdrier, wardrobe, lamp on bedside, solid old furniture, good mattress, new clean towels and sheets. Abundant complimentary toiletries, coffee, teabags and 1 litter of bottle water a day. Kettle. table and seat for laptop. Recently redone functional WC/shower. Good wifi. 2 elevators. Almost at the end of arguably the busiest night parting street in towns, but good sound proofing. Internal restaurant on early stage of renovation.

Captain Huy & Train the stewards who provided excellent service with a smile Vy & Tuyen at reception who were most helpful & pleasant with a smile at all times & lastly Andy the manager who answered all my questions listening politely & forever smiling.

Good location in the centre. Room to the back yard (superior) basic and clean and it was quite isolated from the street noise. Roof terrace bar was closed which was not communicated upfront. Breakfast was a very basic buffet but fresh eggs were offered (on the roof terrace).

Great location and very nice property now being refurbed after being closed for 2 years because of Covid. Restaurant was not open yet and all room not refurbed, but mine was and it was Great. Same owners for many, many years and the staff are outstanding. Highly recommend.

It's a nice property and the staff is very accommodating and friendly. The problem is Expedia never informed me that there is construction going on next door (I mean shared walls that were knocked out), so it was extremely noisy. The staff did their best by moving me to 5 different rooms, but you can still hear banging and hammering no matter where you are in the hotel. I would definitely not stay here until the construction is completed. Other than that, I would stay there again.
