Great, quiet, clean, place to stay. No breakfast but a wondeeful coffee bar and we had a delicious breakfast at white gull inn with stuffed cherry french toast.

This is our 3rd stay here!! That should tell you how we feel about this hotel. We love this hotel and the location. The only downside is that the hotel is dated.0

Lovely place conveniently located in lovely Door County!!! Quiet and very comfortable❤️

Room was clean and well maintained during our stay. Pool was nice but small. Hot tub large and nice. Coffee was really good. A very pleasant place to stay

Excellent. The only improvement would be to add a cappuccino machine at the current Coffee Bar.

Over-all it was fine. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable, however rather dated. Good location for walking to downtown Fish Creek. Biggest complaint is that for a $200/night room you really should at least have a continental breakfast. A cup of coffee was very inadequate for the price.

We enjoyed the spaciousness especially the separate bedroom. We didn’t use the pools but the indoor and outdoor were large and very clean. The reason I didn’t give a five star rating all around was the a/c. It was loud and very ineffective , the bedroom never cooled off! Based to overlook when thinking of a repeat trip

Loved the amenities, coffee available, service, and location!

Very quite and clean

Everything was very clean, neat, and pretty. We missed the breakfast, but we were so close to coffee shops anyway. The two pools made us relax and take our time. I appreciated the fitness center, though I didn't use it. It seemed to have everything we needed and more. Plus, we were so close to Peninsula State Park. The staff was efficient and pleasant to talk to.

In tourist area. No elevator. Provided secure locker for bicycle storage. Cute building no food provided but coffee available all day.

As always, we had a great stay. Great hotel!

This place was amazing; I have zero complaints and would definitely stay here again! In the words of my 7-year old, "you booked an awesome hotel for us, mommy".

Convenient place, nice staff, room was good. My only real complaint has to do with the reservation process as it integrates with hotels.com. I booked two nights. Soon (to the hotel’s credit) after my confirming and paying the reservation, the front desk called and told me that we would have to switch rooms from one to another after the first night, that the booking process couldn't discern contiguous stay in the same room. And the hotel was basically saying sorry, do you still want to book it or get a refund? And I just didn’t want to horse around and book another so I left it alone, whatever. The place itself was good and the staff excellent, clean room, nice pools, and of course Wild Tomato is across the street is EXCELLENT pizza.

I liked that this property was very conveniently located.
I would have preferred that it was more updated.

The housekeeping services were very good overall and the bath towels were large and soft. The room we were in had an entry door that you had to push very hard with your hip to get open. Unfortunately, to get out, you had to pull very hard as well, and I had to have my husband yank the door open for me. Maids were cleaning rooms by us when we came in and saw how hard it was for us to get the door open (told us we had to push harder!), so I thought they would have Maintenance look at it, but they must not have. I should have reported it, but they may not have wanted to address it since it's an older hotel; the doors probably swell in summer and may not be a problem in winter (off-season though). The bathroom configuration was awkward with the shower and toilet by itself in a very cramped space and the sink outside of the bathroom.

Nice hotel in a great location!

The suites might be nice, did not see one. The 2 queen hotel type room was like a very old Best Western. Really tiny bathroom with no sink. Vanity is out in the main room. No comfortable chair. Old, run down furniture and decor. Pretty dismal overall. Pools were nice and well maintained.

Indoor and outdoor pool was nice. Coffee station was nice.

Really a great property to stay at and love the free coffee bar! Excellent for early mornings when everything is still closed.

Great location! Large rooms were clean and neat. Both indoor and outdoor pools were great. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Will stay there again.

Lovely hotel, everyone was friendly, beautiful pool, hot tub. Appreciated the coffee bar and a great location. I can only state one negative, which is that it is a two story property and there isn't an elevator. Or, if there is, I missed it! We'd definitely stay there again.

Hotel is a little out dated but good location, walkable to downtown fish creek. Enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor pool and hot tub.

Stayed here with my mother, she is legally blind and uses a walker. Woman at front desk was very helpful showing us how things worked in the handicap accessible room. I was so happy to find a room that had a recliner as she is unable to sleep in regular bed and sleeps in a recliner at home. We enjoyed our stay.

All was great.
I woukd have liked some place to hang clothing in the washroom besides one hook on the door.

Incredibly friendly staff that made checking in quick. They offered a fabulous coffee bar that was available until around 7pm that included an iced coffee option. The hotel was located within walking distance of restaurants, shops, the harbor, parks, and other attractions. We would definitely stay again.
