Handle broke to bathroom door. Low water pressure for shower, had to pay for parking and other than the initial front desk woman who was very pleasant, all other staff was less than decent. For the money, this really was a disappointment.

We have stayed there before…love it. Needs microwave in the room and Better Wi Fi. Kept kicking us out. Otherwise a great stay!

One of the many reasons, we started staying only at Hilton's while traveling, the staff. And as weird as it sounds even the other people staying seem to have better attitude than add other hotels. I believe it is just knowing that.Once you reach your destination and are staying at a Hilton, you can for sure.Let your worries go and just relax and enjoy the hotel and the surrounding attractions.Thank you for such a great stay once again.

Great location on short north. Always a good stay. 2nd floor bar was very nice though expensive and service was slow. Valet was speedy and very helpful as it was crazy busy on high street trying to enter the parking area.

Hotel room was nice and clean but the walls are paper thin. Lots of noise outside of the room. It wasn’t muffled conversations but very clear. Everything else but sleeping because of noise was great.

For $200/night our room seemed overpriced. Only thing visible out our window was some large unit on the roof. Lots of construction in the area and the hotel itself (on 2 sides of the street) was confusing to navigate.

I will not stay at this hotel again. First, we ordered room service for dinner. We paid $77.00 for a paper bag with carry-out containers in it. If they had told me that was how it would come, I would have done something different. Then, the A/C unit was making very loud random banging noises - loud enough to wake us up. And, the wall are very thin - the room next door was very loud as well. Lastly, when we went to get our car, they couldn't find it. Terrible!!

LOVED our night away trip. Felt like I was a rich character in one of my fave K Dramas with the new, contemporary, upscale decor and amenities (shower, vanity, bedding, drapes - FANTASTIC flat screen TV that said “Welcome, Janet” when I entered the room). Immaculately, spotlessly detailed and clean. Well worth booking quality - we had a fun time.

This has to be the most inconvenient hotel in Columbus. You park in a $38/day garage, walk to an elevator to get outside, go into a different building, go to the second floor to access a skybridge to walk to a different building, then to another elevator to access your room. All told, it’s a 15-20 minute journey. All while carrying your luggage. God forbid anyone forgets something in the car or has mobility issues. Also, we came for a soccer game and stayed here because it’s close to the arena. The check in employee assured us that we should drive, not walk. The .75 mile drive took 20 minutes…because of all the fans walking to the game. Bad advice from the hotel. The room was fine. Not worth $300 night.

Great hotel with very nice, clean rooms. Great location right next to the convention center and within short walking distance to some very nice restaurants. The only issue was how long the wait for the lift is even though there are six lifts.

This hotel totally exceeded my expectations in every way. From the quick check in, to the fast elevators, to the great food, front desk service, timely valet and more. It is the first time since the pandemic that I experienced traditional excellence in a hotel experience. I stayed for one week to attend the MLS Allstar festivities. In seven days there was not a single disappointment. Hats off to the management for outstanding execution and excellent service.
