This is a nice clean modern hotel with staff that is super nice to treat you like family. They must have an excellent manager to keep happy people working on all shifts. They are awesome.

This place is so dirty and outdated. The absolute worst thing was the disgusting elevator with the most terrible smell and nasty carpet. It smelled like mold and wet dog. They gave us a room that was not clean and had dog hair everywhere. They moved us to a new room that was cleaner but still smelled. We bought air freshener to use during our stay. Breakfast was also bad. Don't bother, just buy groceries or go pick up breakfast from a nearby restaurant.

I had a two night trip however we left late on the first day so didn’t check in the first night. When I checked in the next day they said they cancelled my whole stay and there was nothing they could do to change it. The lady at the front desk said if I still wanted to stay I would have to pay for it. She kept saying it was out of her hands. I asked to speak to the manager, he immediately let me stay without having to pay for the room again. The lady was not friendly or understanding about it

I love their beds and streaming services available on tv and the nice large room that feels kinda private as well. Felt secure and not that weird sense someone is watching which I feel at some hotels just uncomfortable but here it’s amazing! Wish I could afford to stay more often!

Friendly staff. Maybe it was just bad luck, but when we arrived the hot tub was closed for maintenance and the waffle machine was broke as well. Just little things, but the hotel cost a little more than competitors so I was expecting more. Should of saved my money.

Fairfield Hotel in Hutchinson has been remodeled in public areas. The rooms, however, have not been updated. The showers show mold and the beds are uncomfortable. It would be great if some attention went into the places where guests stay.

I moved to this Expedia property after the last Expedia property from earlier in the week had many many safety issues. This place is a top tier hotel, and I have no regrets for leaving the other hotel in this town and coming here. If you are in Hutchinson, Kansas, you need to stay at this hotel.

I booked a King Bed. They put me in a room with two doubles. I refused. Then they put me in a handicap room with a king bed. They said "you booked third party" as the excuse. The breakfast is highly processed garbage in plastic bags. So the lesson is hotels will treat you bad if you use a third party like Hotels.com which is sad.
