Overall not terrible, but not the best HIE we’ve stayed at. The hot tub in the pool area had some nasty green foam all over it. Room was very humid, fresh towels felt damp. Staff was friendly and did give us plenty of new towels.

The lady that checked me in was nice enough. The room was nice, bed comfortable, but the room was very damp even with the air cond. running. The ladies who ran the breakfast counter were fantastic, and did a great job! The 2 young girls at the front counter when I left were a little rude. They seemed to care more about their private conversation than greeting or speaking to me. I had stayed here before, and was impressed enough to come back. Despite the girls, I would be willing to stay again. But remember, good management is everything.

Pretty average Holiday Inn. Clean and quiet. Would recommend staying here. No room for parking a vehicle with a trailer. We had to park in the road behind the hotel. Not a deal breaker - I'd stay here again.

Great stay. Clean. Quiet. Convenient. Walking distance to a couple restaurants. Beautiful setting near farm fields.

Had a great time. We were in town for a baseball tournament. One thing we didn't like was the size of the pool, not big enough otherwise it was a nice stay.

Like the breakfast and mini fridge in room. Location is good for what we were looking for. Love the soap and shampoo also. Like the pool and excise room. They provide hair dryer also and microwave. The shades in room work well block light for sleep. Shower was good also. Hot tub could be lil hotter but still enjoyed it. Parking good for us as well.

The floor was filthy. Crumbs everywhere and even a squished pepperoni. The pillows need to be thrown- had clean pillowcases but the pillows had multiple stains on them.

The Desk person was great! She was exceptionally helpful, pleasant and professional! The room was filthy, remade old linen, and old dirt behind /under things and on wall by garbage can!

It was a nice place more options for breakfast friendly staff and definitely you can tell they care about there peopem they had shampoo conditioner body wash extra towels and so fourth felt like a home vibe and there not the cheap tiny bottles there duable and very reasonble stuff!! And have a little area for food variety little store ! Cons was when i was going through the room the toilet was full of poop!! And of toilet paper who knows how long its been in the toilet itthe smell was horendious not use to having to ask to throw garbage out the room but it was okay

Easy off and on I-35. Seemed to be clean. Beds were comfy, the room seemed to have been updated in the past. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices. I do wish when an older adult checks in they would give that person a taller stool. All in all a good place to stay.

The check in clerk is amazing. She has very good customer service skills.

A big disappointment for many reasons. Cold pool. Broken toilet seat making it dangerous, dirty room and rude staff. Charged 20$ extra to have our visiting family swim. Food wasn't great. Not worth the price.

When i checked into my room it was extremely cold. I understand its cold in the midwest, but i also dont feel that i have to remain under the covers waiting for the room to heat up. Also there was an issue at check in the front desk attendant didnt ask for a card for incidentals. The next morning when i went to check out they asked me for my card with minumal explanation. This front desk attendent just said the card number put in was a fake number. Without fully understanding, i set my card in front of me on the desk to pull up the app when the front desk attendant grabbed my card and scanned in the machine directly in front of me when i asked her what she was doing that I was showing her that I had already paid she said she would cancel the transaction and it wasnt really needed aince there were no charges to my room. Mind you the fact of her picking up my card to swipe it on a machine in front me didnt seem concerning for her.

They charged me 200 extra for smoking in the room. Seeing how I haven't a smoked in 5 years Im not too happy about it

Very clean and quiet hotel. Definitely recommend this hotel and if needed in the future would stay here again.

The most disgusting hotel bathroom I've seen. The toilet was literally splattered. I took a pic, brought it down to the front desk, and asked if they could either send someone to clean it or give me cleaning supplies. The lady was super nice about it and did offer us a credit, but cleanliness was unacceptable. As for the rest of the room - bad was meh, they didn't have our booked room available in a pet room, despite me calling a month ago to ensure we had a pet room, and finishes were super worn (like peeling bathroom walls, cracked sink, etc.) The front lady lady was awesome, but the bathroom situation was gross enough that we cancelled our second night and re-booked elsewhere. Lots of smokers gathered around the doors.

We were allowed to check in early which was great since we were traveling out of state for a wedding.

My room was dirty refrigerator had someone’s food in it. Microwave dirty no body lotion in the container coffee maker in the room not working I brought my complains to the front desk and I didn’t hear apologies even once This hotel should not be rated excellent on line it confuses travelers 🙁🙁

The locations provided for easy access and for convenient dining options. The rooms and bathrooms provide space for a comfortable stay for three people with all needed amenities provided.

They did not have our reservation and could not accommodate us. They said they they were having problems with Expedia. We went down the road and got a room at Best Western. We expect to not be charged for room at Holiday Inn Express.
