It was clean, quiet and comfortable. Well-appointed and roomy. The beds were very comfortable and the selection of pillows were just right. We used the fitness room twice. It had a sufficient number and type of exercise machines in excellent condition. We didn't eat in the restaurant so can't comment.

Lounge was closed because of no bartender. Kitchen was closed because no cook. We traveled quite a bit and these closings were beyond disappointing. Don't stay there again!

A perfect hotel and stay. The only reason I didn’t give it all 5 stars is because the hotel is right by a major freeway so it is a bit loud. That is why I only gave it 4 for comfort.

Nice, safe location. Friendly, helpful staff. Very clean with a nice view of the river and across from a mall. Wonderful pool for children (although we don't have children), however too cold to swim. The pool needs to stay a little warmer to be able to use.

Quiet room overlooking a pond with the freeway visible through the trees but barely audible. Good continental breakfast, congenial, helpful staff. Prefer downtown but not a bad drive to get there on South Main.

The Hilton Garden Inn Ann Arbor exceeded expectations in nearly every way. From the moment we stepped into the stylish lobby, we were impressed by the modern decor and warm welcome. Our room was impeccably clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff was exceptional, always friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring Ann Arbor, with easy access to shopping, dining, and the university. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, and the complimentary breakfast was a fantastic way to start the day. While our overall experience was wonderful, we did find the pool area to be a bit outdated. A refresh would elevate this already enjoyable amenity. Despite this minor critique, we highly recommend the Hilton Garden Inn Ann Arbor and look forward to returning in the future.

I recently stayed at the hilton garden inn hotel and had a great experience. The hotel was very clean, which is always a big priority for me. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the hotel's location was quite convenient for the activities I had planned. I also found the bed to be very comfortable, and we enjoyed a well-rested night. Overall, it was a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Staff was very helpful. I informed them that there was poison ivy hanging over the sidewalk and they took care of it. On the down side. They need to bring back the FREE breakfast. Yes we had the option of paying for it. Then it’s not free. And my husband is an awards member. He was supposed to get 2 bottles of water free. But my room had a 3 tag to the water bottles

Stayed for one night during the Art Fair and a sports camp at UM. Very easy check-in and extremely quiet room. Everything was clean and very comfortable. Great to have 2 Queen beds instead of 2 Full size.

I can't tell you how disappointed I was, thought Hilton was going to do better, this one is just out dated, carpet in the room, beds were clean but old outdate furniture, breakfast was expensive, $23 for dry scrambled eggs, I actually thought the hotel presented itself that breakfast was included. One of the nights the people above me were so loud I called frontdesk (never have I done this) they told me they were going to call them but it never stopped. Biggest disappointment were the plastic and paper cups, I hate drinking out of it and everything is wrapped in plastic, Hilton you should do better and you really are not saving any money it could be someones job to take care of the dishes etc. I had my room cleaned one time and my magnesium oil went missing so that was a bummer too. When I wanted to let the front desk know the people were so grumpy I passed. None of the people that were working during my stay seemed happy to be there. No I won't be staying at this one again. I have stayed in multiple hotels in that area definitely going to pass on this one.

Greeted immediately by gentleman at desk polite and efficient. My special needs daughter was with me and he greeted her and asked her name. Not the norm but absolutely appropriated. Our room was clean and good sized space with 2 queens and a desk and reading chair. Comfortable space!
