Really good hotel in the middle of everything. It’s in the middle of the shibuya meltdown but somehow the room is perfectly quiet. It was spacious, nice bathroom. It was perfect for my last night in Tokyo.

Great location, 1/4mi from the shibuya scramble and train station, and one street removed from the hustle and bustle of the area. Small room but comfortable beds, instant coffee and tea in room, great shower pressure and the hardest working little bidet at your service 24 hours a day! lol
Very little noise from the street could be heard, and there was so much to see and do nearby. Great choice!

Needed a place to stay last minute! Was very accomodating and location was great! Staff spoke fluent English which made it a plus!

Friendly, helpful staffs. Easy excess to shopping, restaurant, convient shops, walking distance to Railway station.

Clean and nice. A little bigger than other standard Japanese hotel rooms.

Good hotel and location.
If staying on the 7th floor, watch your head as you come out the lift. Tori Gate is low.

It was a good place to stay. Everything was close.

Good location to train station, convenience stores and some eatery. Rooms were clean and we got clean towels on our door everyday. The rooms was very tiny.

Make sure you ok for a busy area, a very busy bar just right beside this hotel. We stated over weekend think it is easy to walk around but instead not easy goes to sleep. Also, summer time A/C is very weak that keep us up at night. OK area to stay but property not with family, if travelling as couples and want to party or such will not be too bad.

Great location, just a 5 minute walk to Shibuya crossing. Lovely walk past some great shops. (Had breakfast at Tullys coffee shop on the way to Shibuya and the staff were excellent and it was great value). We felt safe and the hotel was quiet. The room was reasonable size for Japan, but the air conditioning struggled with the 35 degree heat. The shower was really good. Near to 7-11.
Staff were friendly and the hallway to our room had a great design. With luggage choose google maps wheelchair accessible option as we struggled a bit with a few steps and uneven walkways. You can go via the crossing and it’s much easier. Overall a nice stay. ( we had a twin room - bed was comfy and enough room to be able to have your suitcases open on the floor.

Amenities available such as toothbrushes, hair brushes, razors, towels. They had a scale to weigh suitcases. Convenient location and our room was very quiet and clean. They provided towels, yukata, and bottled water, left in bags at our door, every afternoon. Would stay here again!

Convenient location to Shibuya; only a very short stroll to scramble crossing. Coffee shops, family mart, 7/11 and laundromat are around the corner. Not much interaction between staff and guests. Facilities are clean, rooms are quite big for Japanese standard. Beds are hard but after walking all day, you do sleep well. 2 bottles of water supplied daily, rooms are cleaned daily on request otherwise clean towels, pjs, water supplied. I would stay here again as I found it super close to everything including Shibuya station. Only downfall is that if you have a late flight, they’ll only let you stay until 1pm (for a $45 charge). They will store luggage otherwise but nowhere to freshen up.

The hotel staff was very nice and the location of this hotel was very convenient to everything. Everything was very walkable from this hotel

Small and dated, needs a lot of upgrade. The room and bathroom is connected. The sink is outside of the bathroom. It’s like a luxurious prison cell

Good location, but the hotel is a little bit outdated and the surrounding area can be noisy at times.

The location of this hotel was perfect, literally only a 5 minute walk to the Shibuya scramble and the mix of all the shopping areas. Felt safe around the streets near the hotel despite it being surrounded by many bars. Staff were very help sorting out our aircon as we couldnt get it to blow cold air ourselves. Only cons i would say is the carpet in the room definatley needs a update as it was old and had many stains in it. And the all glass bathroom to me is such a dumb idea, slammed my knee into the glass door walking into the bathroom multiple times, i can imagine someone would do the same and potentially shatter the glass and injure themselves.

We had an amazing time here. We did rent a car for a few days just to drive something cool and fast in Shibuya and we found multiple parking garages in the area. The team was great here they seemed like they spoke English fluently. The room were smaller than in the US but super comfy and had enough room for all our stuff and room to bring more. The area is great lots to see and everything is walkable. We were super close to Publix which we used a few times since we were so close and here for 7 days and 6 nights. We didn’t have anyone come in and clean the room but they replaced all towels every day by leading a black bag for us. We left any and all garbage outside the door and it was taken care of for us. They provided nice robes, slippers, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the room. We grabbed a few things from the front desk for free: hair brush, wash clothes, a razor. They did have other items we did not need located at the front desk for free as well. I would highly recommend. You’re so close to night life and so any attractions and shopping it was worth the stay.

My second stay here, this time for 7 days and I’ll be back.
It’s a no nonsense, safe, clean and convenient place to stay near Shibuya.
Always a little street noise Friday and Saturday night but not so much to disturb sleep.
Friendly staff and rooms big enough for one for a week or two for a few days.

The hotel was on the corner of an alley. The hotel was a dump! Our room had no WiFi and we had to change rooms. Basically it was a glorified hostile. Would NEVER stay there again!

Good location and easy access to food and shopping, rooms are as tiny as all of them in Tokyo. Safe environment around the hotel, good for families to stay. Two supermarkets right next to the hotel for breakfast.

We booked this place promptly and the room was available for us. Rooms are small but for a couple it was amazing. In opposite of the hotel there is a Family Mart and you can get nessesary item from there.

It was great quality and space. The heater did not work in our room. Did not say anything because it did not bother us too much.

If you're looking to be in the Shibuya neighborhood and not far of a walk from the Shibuya Station this is the place! Location is no more than 10 minute walk from the train station and close to the iconic Shibuya crossing, many restaurants, bars, clubs, shopping. The pricing here is also reasonable based on the location, our room with two beds was spacious for Japan standards. It was clean and the staff was super friendly. I will say decor in the hallway on our floor was a little strange but not a deal breaker. Would stay again!

The hotel is on the smaller side, but the rooms are decent size. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Located in the heart of Shibuya so plenty to do in the area. About a 10 min walk from Shibuya Station. I’d be happy to stay here again.
