Nice hotel with good overall cleanliness, comfort and service. A good number of dining options just across the road within walking distance, including a fantastic German restaurant

Was given a Smoking Room too though my booking clearly indicated that I had requested for a Non-Smoking Room. I was told the hotel was full but after my insistence, they managed to change my room to a Non-Smoking one.

Nice place to stay, away from crazy Pattaya:)

First impressions were amazing, and the facilities top notch. The leisure area with pool, gym etc was awesome, with a couple of very friendly and helpful staff members. The swimming pool was great to recover from a bit of travelling and gym made us feel human again. The jacuzzi and saunas were much appreciated too! Breakfast was included and very plentiful and we found the staff very attentive. This place is aimed at the business traveller, and the menu's etc all in English first, then Japanese and then Thai, however we found the evening staff disappointing and the situation was not helped by their lack of English. My partner had received his meal way before mine was even thought of. I asked for it and had to wait another 10 minutes for it arrive, by which time he had long finished his meal. The automatic service charge, which I was most definitely not paying, was immovable by the computer system, but it took 30 minutes to resolve the issue at the till. We decided to eat elsewhere the next night! We did however use our complimentary drinks vouchers on the second night, only to be told we'd ordered the wrong drinks and would have to pay for them. Again a communication error, which we waited for 15 minutes to be resolved and ended up simply walking away without drinking our drinks as it was turning into another shambles.
If you decided to stay in this hotel, I would recommend you eat everything but breakfast elsewhere, especially if you are not a competent Thai speaker.

Stayed one night in the junior suite on the 4th floor here. Beautiful room, well equipped with a mini kitchenette, a see thru bathroom, stunning view out of the balcony overlooking Rayong city. Enjoyed the stay. The room was very clean, well maintained. The breakfast in the morning had a wide selection of asian, continental and american -style options. Wi-Fi in the room has to be paid for extra. In public areas , wi-fi is available for free. The place has a nice swimming pool but no spa. The hotel provides a access key-card which goes easily in your pocket even will going outside. The staff at the reception is polite and smiling. No one helps with your baggage so be prepared to lug your bags around the hotel

This hotel looks very impressive the minute you walk in. Lobby, Lounge, Cafe, and Pool areas are very new and modern looking. Rooms are comfortable but not overly impressive. It's located in a commercial area with many stores and businesses. The main road is almost like a highway and is noisy. There are nearby night clubs and bars behind the pool area in a alleyway. There is security to enter and leave so you are safe.

Beautiful Hotel with nice room and perfect service. Nothing to complaint for business traveller.

The hotel was far better than I had imagined. The location was really convenient to some picturesque streets which reminded me of old Europe but with a typical Thai flavor. One would be well served to have a car to facilitate visiting various beaches which are a few km away. Breakfast was fantastic too. Only problem was that the Deluxe room did not have the washer/dryer as advertised on Hotel.com, but after talking with two managers they were able to accommodate my needs free of charge.

Wonderful stay at Classic Cameo. Hotel is in middle of town minutes from all attractions and rstaurants. Breakfast was excellent with broad selections. Will be back for sure.
