Have previously stayed here so was more than happy to return for 5 more nights. Villas conveniently located in Seminyak with buggy transport between main complex that also has the spa & restaurants and the other Sunset Villas complex. Cannot speak more highly of the staff. Will be back.

We stayed 4 nights in a 1 bedroom villa which was absolutely perfect for us. The facilities in the villa were fantastic, the bed very firm but comfortable & the pool area was wonderful. Breakfast each day was delicious with great variety on the menu. If you have mobility issues, I'd look into the bathroom setups as the shower in our villa (No 42) was over the bath and there is a very big step up to get in and out. It was ok for us, but we did comment that it wouldn't be easy if you were at all unsteady on your feet. Also be aware that the villas are not walking distance to reception, meaning you need to request pick up and drop off for breakfast, activities etc. The staff made it very easy though and could not be faulted. Thank you for a fantastic stay. Impiana truly exceeded our expectations!!!

This is a unique experience but beware as you will deal with mosquitos and other insects. The restrooms are completely open to outdoors and are not climate controlled which is definitely inconvenient.

This was our third time back here. The staff has always been so friendly. The last time we stayed here we got in too late to get a cake from the bakery for my sons birthday and they surprised us with one without even asking. This time that they put us in the sunset location. It’s walking distance to the Bintang market and the beach. Lots of shops and restaurants near by. The private pool was fantastic to have and the unit was in great shape. Not that we needed it but if you had a bigger group there’s also the option to unlock the door to the Villa next door which a lot of other places I’ve stayed in Bali didn’t have. Loved staying here again.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Impiana private villas Seminyak. This stunning villa with a private pool located in the heart of Seminyak, Bali. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the sheer beauty of the surroundings. The villa is nestled in a lush tropical garden, with vibrant flowers and foliage that create a sense of tranquility and calm. The villa itself was absolutely stunning. It was equipped with all the modern amenities and had a private pool that was simply stunning. The entire villa was tastefully decorated with a perfect blend of traditional Balinese and modern style. The bedroom was spacious and well-appointed, with large, comfortable bed that ensure a great night's sleep. The bathroom was also beautifully designed and immaculately clean, with all the amenities you could possibly need. But the real highlight of this villa is the private pool. It's an absolute oasis, surrounded by swaying palm trees and comfortable sun loungers that invite you to relax and soak up the sun. Whether you're swimming laps or simply lounging in the water, you'll feel like you're in your own private paradise. The staff at the villa are also incredibly friendly and attentive, always available to help with any request or question. They truly went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was perfect in every way. Overall, we can't recommend this villa highly enough.If you're looking for a tranquil getaway in the heart of Seminyak, this is the perfect place to stay

Beautiful, well maintained villa. Checking out was the only low point taking over 15mins, 2 items were missing & it was painfully slow for them to be added to the bill. The Balinese staff were very apologetic.

It was Spacious and comfortable. I liked the pool. It was quite big and the temperature was perfect even for night. But It would have been better if the breakfast was bigger. But in general it was nice to stay there.

I have been to Impiana twice already before this stay. Now it change due to the low tourism from the pandemic so it isn't fair to judge from what it was before. It is still a good value, and good people working there but it has changed from what it once was like for example in food options.

Great stay. My wife enjoyed her spa. The family enjoyed the private pool. The service was very accommodating made the room more comfy, new pillows and foam padding, when my wife said she struggled to fall a sleep.

We had the best time at Impiana Private Villas. This property was fantastic in every way! The pool and courtyard was brilliant, so tranquil and relaxing. Breakfast was delish, and plenty to choose from. Location was near the busy Seminyak shopping areas, pubs, restaurants etc, a comfortable walk to the beach, yet the villa was quiet and so private. All the staff were so friendly and offered excellent service, always with a smile!! Highly recommend!!
