The hotel decor is a bit dated but it is very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and my family loved the pool. We stopped here for one night on our return home to Spain and we stocked up on French food at the Leclerc supermarket nearby. There is also a nice mall connected to Leclerc and a nice bakery with picnic tables in front of the hotel.

The hotel staff was very welcoming, but the room seemed rather dated, as if it had not had much done to upgrade anything since it first opened (except maybe the flat screen TVs - though the V.O. channels were not V.O.). Shower with no screen or curtain, open (but on) mini fridge with water dripping out from melting ice buildup, and phone that definitely seemed like original equipment. The restaurant menu for dinner was rather limited, but I will say the breakfast was quite nice. I will say again though that the staff was very friendly and welcoming, which means a lot.

We chose the Abor Hotel because we wanted a one night stop on our way from Brittany to Pamplona. The hotel was on the edge of a village which had no signs of any facilities. There was ample free parking and the slightly austere look of the hotel was made up for by the warmth of the welcome we received. The room was perfectly adequate for the night, clean and comfortable. We ate dinner in the hotel (as there was nothing outside) and were very pleasantly surprised by the variety of food and the helpfulness of the waiter and the chef. In addition we had a carafe of local wine which was better that the average bottle in a restaurant.
