It was ok. It didn’t have body wash or a place to put your toiletries in the shower. The breakfast was microwaved. I wouldn’t stay there again for fun. Maybe for a business trip.

Surprised my boyfriend with a stay downtown as he’s from Texas. We had fantastic view of the water and it was a great location to walk. With great food close by. It was a wonder time. We will definitely be back!

We stayed for one night for a concert we were attending. It was our first time to Cleveland and we loved the area! There were several restaurants downstairs and a couple across the street. They do close early in week days. We will 100% stay here again. We were given a corner room but it was accessible. The shower was odd to me and made quite a big mess, but the door closed and it was more like a shower room with a toilet. All staff were amazing.

we were delayed on our arrival due to a car breakdown, got there around noon on the 2nd day of our trip, were told we were considered a no show and had to wait 3 hrs to get a room, as we had to wait in the area even though i had paid ( 500.00 per night) for both days. As we were in Cleveland with other friends and a football game that started at 4, to say the least i cant still believe the poor service

Convenient for what we needed. I had a little of a hard time finding the parking garage and the room had a weird musky smell to it…it wouldn’t go away and it almost was getting worse as the night went on. We only stayed for a night so I wasn’t making it a big deal. Other than that we had an amazing quick stay.

Well… overall it was good - but if you have a 3pm checkin rooms should be ready by 3pm. Yes, we got there early but our rooms were not ready until about 3:45 We had places to be but instead we had to wait around in the lobby waiting for our rooms. Nate - the employee to check us in was really nice - he gave me 4 drink vouchers (for 8 people) waiting - it was a nice gesture although the bar was closed and we couldn’t redeem vouchers until later that night when we got back Anyways, enough about that. The hotel itself was nice and clean. The lobby was beautiful, lots of places to hang out at the hotel (balcony, patio area, lobby had a pool table, bar etc) rooms were clean and comfy. Our sink was plugged up. They had free coffee in the morning that was appreciated It was in a great area with lots of things to do (bars & restaurants) close to the water texi and Jacob’s paviollon was in walking distance.

This was a great location, within walking distance to many restaurants. Our room was on the fourth floor of the hotel and had a partial view of the lake. Although there are several places open late at street level, our room was quiet and clean. We saw a few reviews stating the valet service was less than desirable, however that was not our experience. Our valets were there whenever we needed them and we never waited more than a few minutes for the car to be brought to us. The fee is wrong on hotels.com, it is actually $40 per night with in/out privileges.
