Beautiful hotel. Excellent service. Delicious food. Super comfortable room. Thank you for the shuttle to the slopes. Would highly recommend and look forward to staying again.

Great staff, Nice hotel. Two issues. First of all there was only a ski shuttle in the morning and not return (all other hotels had a return shuttle). Not great service, temperature and cleaners of pool area was not ok. Great we could charge our car

Good hotel with nice rooms. Central location but still some distance to the main skilifts (however, shuttle offered but only until 10/10.30 in the morning.
SPA was not great, had a weird smell which got ourselves and other guests coughing while in the pool. Temperature in water was quite low/cold.
Breakfast was very good.

The property and rooms were really nice and newly renovated. The spa staff were very nice and easy to talk to. The front desk reception people were the least friendly customer service people I have ever dealt with in my decades of travel. They clearly do not like non-Austrian or non-German tourists and made it clear to any guest who could not speak German. I would say that they were genuinely unhelpful and provided little to no customer service during my 5-night stay at the property. For example, when I asked for an additional key, I was told that our room was limited to "2 keys per room" but 2 hours later I saw that a German guest was allowed to get another key when they asked in German. When I asked for help finding a local ski instructor or help with the local ski rental shop, the receptionist told me to "go to Google" and that he did not ski and couldn't help despite clearly not being busy. Their lack of courtesy for their non-German speaking guests is very clear and they obviously would prefer to only host Germans or Austrians in their hotel. If that's the case, then they should clearly write it in their hotel description. Worst service experience ever from the reception. I was also shocked to hear the owners are Marriott which is surprising from a global chain.

Lovely boutique property in the heart of Kitzbühel. Staff was delightful. Our room was a bit dark (201) but very nice. We will be back for sure.

An individual and I think until recently a long-term family owned independent hotel, the place is in a good location with very short walks to everything. The staff are very good and very decent. They care about their clients and their hotel. Good food although would say that when they have bbq on the terrace the whole two random single people can share a table thing isn’t for me! Enjoyed hotel facilities, gardens and pool. Had a very good stay and will visit again

Bed was decent. Room smelled of smoke. Bathroom smelled moldy. Room large but dated. Good location. View good. Food average

What a rare find! Hotel Erika is a hidden gem! Full of old world and traditional charms, but with all the modern comfort without the pretensions of big hotels. Love everything here. This feels like being at home, and everyone of the hotel staff treated us with the uttermost care and respect. We didnt want to leave. After a day of skiing--wet and exhausted, what a pleasant thing to see the manager/owner standing at the door taking our wet heavy ski clothes to dry! What a luxury to sit at the atrium with traditional decors and beautiful colors and enjoy a cup of tea and cake, whiling looking at the snow falling outside. To say nothing of the pools, slides, saunas, and spas... This little hotel has something for everyone, from my 8-year-old daughter to my 80-year-old father-in-law. Perfect stay. And you dont have to rob the bank to afford it either. Weve been around the world many times, and its rare that we feel touched by the hotel.

Beautiful garden, beautiful people, beautiful hotel with great personality, Great kitchen and a warm and very welcoming staff. It's our 10 year old's new favorite hotel (and our dog's too; Roomservice with beef and nudels!) We will highly recomend this hotel.
