I liked that we were right on the water, my two year old had a blast watching the birds and crabs. Place was really clean and nice.

The check-in clerk was friendly and we chatted for a bit. The room was quite comfortable. Although, there was no bedside lamp. The pool was a bonus I took advantage. Not sure why the ice dispenser only gave me on ice bucket full. Parking was great for I parked right in front of my room. I highly recommend this gem.

Front desk attendant was very friendly and helpful with recommendations in the area. The room was clean, the desk chair was very old with the covering peeling away. Shower worked but can’t take a bath. No breakfast. Pool looked nice

It was a great stay; however, the girl who worked behind the counter wasn’t nice. She had no customer service skills…just rude and I didn’t appreciate that as a patron of the hotel.

It was horrible i have paid 300 for stay didn't sleep all night I went to check out told them he told me we r keeping their deposit that will not give me anything stuff was horrible took thrm 2 hrs to check me in rooms are paid per night i put 2 guests but book 2 queens they tild me max 5 than they charged me for extra people they give me smoking rooms i didn't know there are smoking rooms in hotels they want more money for non smoking horrible. I will call expidia to get my money back if not i will call bank

I would have loved to give a great review but unfortunately that won’t be the case here. My family and I booked 4 rooms for a weekend stay in Destin. Front desk service was okay. Rooms? 2 out of the 4 smelt like mold and humidity. When asking the front for a different room due to having kids in those two rooms, they couldn’t do NOTHING for us but got another customer a different room ASAP. I wouldn’t stay again.

Towels and rags were changed each day without having to ask. Room was clean. Replaced shampoo and body wash as well

The room was clean. It looks like they just renovated it. The owner/ manager was very nice ands accommodating. The building was old and showed its age. The hinge on the door would droop and cause the door to not shut so you had to push it up. The shower was well used. The pool was clean. I do appreciate all the updates to the curtains, furniture (bed was comfortable) but the bones are still in rough shape. Parking was at times hard since people going to the restaurant next door would take motel parking.

Decided to extend our vacation for a night and had to find a room for the night. Price was reasonable for the area and room was nice. It was right in between a great restaurant and a great bar with live music. I'm kinda stuck on vacation stays at air b n b's now with more room - but if I was considering going back to a regular hotel - I would choose this spot.

The attendant Guy was the most amazing customer service representative I have ever met. From the moment that we arrived he made us feel so welcome the rooms were nice I mean nothing spectacular but comfortable and clean. But Guys customer service made this trip and hotel a 10 out of 10 this trip

Not very handicapped friendly. If you want a first floor room you have to upgrade to a deluxe two bedroom. They do have an elevator but be prepared if you're on the opposite side of the elevator you do have quite a walk at times depending upon your room location

We checked in the property and notice a mouse running rite away. Also mice traps was present. Also a Very strong wet basement order was highly noticeable along with a damp / sticky feeling. Online pictures look amazing but the hotel rooms it self is not the same.

Travel with family, I booked 2 rooms and both rooms were nice and cleaned. Restaurants and shopping centers near by makes it a great place to stay.

July 3rd 2024 - I have had bad luck with motels in the past but this place was really great. It was clean, the paint was fresh, the bathroom was modern and had nice tile and plenty of hot water. The clientele who use this hotel were normal vacationers. No sign of insects or bugs anywhere. Very clean. “Guy” the maintenance man was very friendly and told my kids about some birds to check out in the park next door. This is NOT the type of place where hoodrats bring their pitbulls and talk on the phone until 2am or get in and out of vehicles all night. Would definitely stay here again.

It was a good stay. Over priced for the July 4th night but so was every hotel on the strip, to be expected though. Still not bad. We enjoyed the stay. Great location. I didn’t like being woke up in the middle of the night by a bunch of loud drunk people, but again I knew what I was risking by booking in this area on a major holiday. I will say if you have kids make sure you put them on the reservation, I honestly didn’t think it made any difference with little one little one as we travel a lot and I’ve always just booked in my husbands name and we went with. Overall however t was a good stay and I would stay there again.
