Would like our money back This place has a bad name in Maryborough Qld Don’t recommend this motel My number 0418 760089 Low cost accommodation for the local trouble makers Would not recommend this motel to anyone Once again- please refund our moneys

For the price we paid the place needs an overhaul. Paint job fresh up the place. Upgrade bathroom’s. put real windows on not louvers to help with noisy traffic. The pool does not look very inviting everything in the rooms are old and outdated.

It is well loved property and the staff look after it. The staff are very approachable and made the stay great. Parking and secure. Close to town. Not noisy even tho it’s just off the highway.

They cancelled my booking without informing me. I got to the Mitel after driving 51/2 hours to be calmly told they had cancelled my booking and I would get a refund. I went to another motel and found that they had not cancelled my booking and I had no refund! Thieves and cheats!

Absolute filth. Window above bed broken and covered with ply. Stains all over sheets. Mould all over walls and ceiling. Do not stay here.

Not much to say really. Only stayed as overnight stop-over, and ok for that. Don't know if it would be my choice for longer stays, but price was good, has a pool and restaurant (closed at present) and plenty of off street parking. Has a somewhat "stuck in the 70s" vibe, but then, so does Maryborough in general.

It’s close to amenities. Check in was swift, free jar of milk. Pretty busy when I was there over holidays but clean enough. Furniture in reasonable condition. Vending machine in common area available for snacks which I didn’t use. Microwave and fridge very useful. Has small freezer compartment. Easy checkout. Parking onsite. Despite being busy always had one.

This is a typical 50's 60's motel; where your car is directly in front of the room. It was fun to remember and even better to have a microwave and flat TV. Little table and chairs both inside and outside and No Smoking (except well away).

We booked through hotels.com for 2 A, 1 child (14). The room we booked didn’t have facilty for the child. We ended up having to upgrade. Hotels.com need to fix the search engine to accomodate the guests chose for search. Pointless of a double bed or queen for 3 people which was not the motels fault. Bathroom amenities could do with an upgrade eg shower head. Friends stayed in different unit and had not hot water for her family of 4 for 2 nights. Ran out couple minutes in.

It was a pleasant stay. The owners seem to really care about their customer's experiences while staying, which is really great to see. The room itself was very clean, the bed was comfortable, with nice soft pillows. It was also decorated nicely, and felt private. The room is a little old, but that never bothers me. The walls, especially in the bathroom, need a bit of attention though. I noticed that there was spakfilla on some of the walls and the back of the door, as if they were on the way to being mended, but someone never got around to finishing the job. The toilet lid also had a crack in the corner. There was also some road noise and a barking dog heard, but that's not something the hotel has control over, so I wasn't overly bothered by it. Overall, I had a great stay! They provided tea, coffee, soaps, towels, cups and spoons, and fresh water, so for me, the good outweighed the bad. For the price, it was a good stay, and I'll definitely come back if we need somewhere to stay in Maryborough again! :)

Checkin was quick & friendly, price was reasonable. Location was good, on the main road through Maryborough. Comfortable bed, nice hot shower, & reliable internet. It was a very cold night & the air conditioner was not able to heat the room. This Motel is no longer a Member of Golden Chain & Foxtel is not available - photos on various sites still display these signs.

The motel room was clean. The staff renewed the towels. No fan in the room. Provided milk for our first night but not subsequent nights. Only one pillow per person which did not add to a comfortable night sleep.
