We have stayed here twice now but stayed at homewood too. We like the bar and michael the bartender is wonderful. The rooms need to be cleaner. Our fridge froze the food,drinks no matter how low we set it so couldn’t drink or eat it the whole. Didn’t want to bother with it. Overall we like it. Love that it is pet friendly.

We had 3 rooms and There was hair in the "clean" bed of one room & bathroom of the second room. After alerting the staff they gave me the new bedding to remake the bed myself instead of house keeping doing it. The thermostat was broken in the 3rd room.

Booked the hotel for 2 nights. After checking into our room, we received a knock on the door from a Maintenance tech. We had to depart the room because he said he was still working. The next day we were on a tour for over 8 hours. We returned to find a dirty room, no toilet paper, and thrash can filled. This was totally unacceptable for the money spent. I would never recommend this hotel. Please readers be careful! Photos included!

Room was nice, no view, shower was oddly installed to spray out the door of the stall, fridge wasn't very cold, and second night took 3 hours after calling around 11:45pm to finally resolve(escort the offending guests off the premises)some guests jumping, running, and banging about like a stampede of buffalo from 10pm until 2:30am above our room that many other guests were complaining about, on of the secured entry doors to the hotel simply would not open despite getting the greenlight...had to help others get in to the hotel through that door, too. Nice enough staff...but some odd occurrences indeed!

We were so happy to have checked into this hotel after 7 hours of driving. Everybody was so friendly checking in was easy, there was a dog that was barking as soon as we walked into the room so they moved us out into another room right away without any questions easy peasy. The rooms were clean and modern and roomy. The complimentary breakfast was delicious with the omelets being the size of two omelets. My favorite part was the bed with the yummy pillows! Thank you Expedia for recommending. The only thing I would say is it's in an industrial area not the prettiest view!

There was a barking dog in the room next to me that didn’t stop barking until about 3am, the shower had mold in it and hair on the shelf. The bathroom sink did not drain properly

The checkin and hotel room was fine, the only problem ia that the funda of my payment cant be cleared by the hotel and they want to charge me 150 more... it ending solved by the costumer service calling to the hotel and they dont charge me that fee

I didn't like that we was on the 4th floor and had to walk far to our room and on top of that the refrigerator had a tray full of water because house keeping didn't plug the refrigerator up so the freezer had defrosted and it was water all over the floor.

I was put in a Handicap Access Room the bed was to the floor and when I took a shower the eater never got hot when I gout out the entire bathroom including my clothes that I took off was covered in water the floor flooded and water moved into the room. The bathroom had no fan and the door closed on its own so it was a moist and wet and uncomfortable experience.

Very nice quick stay for a night for the Fourth of July. Came in very late and they were super accommodating, especially because we needed a cot at 3 am because they ran out of double bed rooms. Comfortable bed and the room was nice and dark so that we would sleep in. Checked in on my phone was out and about which was greay!
