It was a horrible stay, I paid for bungalow and it is more expensive but it was so bad . Inside was worn up and no towels until I called them and there were a LOT of bugs, defenetly no five star hotel First night I could not sleep because there were bug which did a Loud noise so in the morning I told them to change to a normal double but they refused even that bungalow were more expensive Girl in reception had a bad attitude and was so cold and would help and ignored me totally so watch out for this hotel and please Hotels.com the pictures on the webside is really not like in real

This property is far from the city centre and your stuck there if no taxi comes, which happens often and no one call you a taxi so your stranded there. The room we had for two days was soaking in water outside the bathroom door and we complained several times and nothing was done. When we called reception for the numerous problems we had, we only ever got a response when we went to the front desk.

I was given 2 towels for a family of 4 two adults two kids, when asked the front desk to sends us some we were told th exchange the towels we had use for the new towels.. not nice

Hotel rooms were nice and ours had a nice view. We had some difficulty getting wash cloths, but that was our experience in our travels outside the US overall. Staff was very kind and gracious. Breakfast was good and there were nice views at the breakfast restaurant and by the pool. All the restaurants were not open but there were still good rating options. Not many vegan options, but there were some especially at breakfast. They were able to make accommodations at on of the restaurants that we went at the hotel. This may also be specific to the region.

I wouldn’t give even 2 stars property in very poor condition toilets smell and most toilet equipment broken i complained and they moved me to another toilet and it was even worse than the first one lifts broken most of the time and we had to use stairs Carpet very dirty in the room and corridors Worst hotel been ever It looks like they don’t spend any money on rippers ever I don’t recommend

I spent 4 nights in Farah, it was a pleasant stay, staff were nice in particular Hamid at the breakfast buffet. He went out of his way to help everyone in the restaurant.

We had a total of two rooms booked. The welcome was very warm and friendly. Room keys were handed over to us immediately after we completed the documentation. However, much to the surprise of our friends Mr & Mrs Arun Pawar, they found their room to be used, unkept, dirty and certainly not ready for a new occupant. Faking that the hotel is full, after Mr Pawar demanded to speak with the Manager, they were provided another room. Obviously the hotel workers are yet untrained. But the location was very nice. And mde up for the lapse on the part of the check-in staff !

Nice hotel, but terrible shower. The shower head wouldn’t stay in place. So you had to turn the water off and on or hold the shower head. Unless you wanted a flooding bathroom, which indeed happen.

Reception staff lacking professionalism and unhelpful. Would have been helpful if hotel had their own taxi as hotel is far from town centre etc. Hotel is nothing special for a five star.

1) Hotel staff include the Manager very bad , they need training . 2) they paint rooms next to my room at 2am , all paint smell went to my room . 3) every day they provide the Bathroom towels very late 4) 1 day completely no water , other day no electricity other day no internet , I keep tell them I am expedia VIP they need to give me at least regular service , they really don't care , I stayed from Jun 1st to jun 18th room no 3018 . 5) My room include breakfast $100 USD for me , my wife and my son , I paid for it upfront and I swear I don't ask for any extra food , you believe or not they keeping charging me about $10 extra every day , I ask why ? their answered service charge . rip-off Hotel , they didn't care I am Expedia VIP customer , they didn't care about my son when they paint in the middle of the night , they didn't care they should give me a good service because I am American and I took reserved from them high price executive Room . Khaled .

It was a good hotel. I stayed at one of the bungalow suites. The view was wonderful. One thing to note is that the continental breakfast was lacking in quality and did not include hot food. The room heating did not work well.
