Friendly staffs can really made a lot of differences.

All the counter staffs are excellent in service. They made me feel very comfortable with an ever smiley face.

Bathroom is a little tight but the overall experience was perfect.

Consider to upgrade for a better Iron & ironing board (2nd floor)👍

Not up to my expectations but at least its cheap

Heater water pressure is good

Booked twin single beds, and one of the beds had already collapsed. I informed the staff and the staff said that all the twin rooms had already sold out . She also said that if night time I can't sleep well only she change me to a bigger room. Room is dusty . At midnight , quite a number of stranger use the hotel lobby as shortcut corridor.

Very Good value for money for single traveler who wants to find a peaceful stay in Johor Bahru

Very clean hotel and you will feel the relaxing scent. Its like a spa atmosphere which is very welcoming and relaxing. Even though the room is small, it fits me well since I'm alone. I like the light fixtures that they installed in the room which gives an elegant touch to it. I also appreciate for granting my request for a table and chair. Staffs are very friendly and accommodating. The toilet is very clean and well maintained.

The cable TV is not working, though it is not an issue with me as long as the WIFI is working well. I hope they serve free breakfast if they can. Also, quite far from downtown Johor.

Very good for double not for triple. Too small for three.

Location

Room for three is too cramp.. Bathroom water seeping uncontrollably when showering. It is too near and blocked the single bed.

All good. The staff is very nice. I got room with problematic airconditioning and the lady assisted to change for me. Will come here again

Superb

Bed is very comfortable, lightning are good for doing work, shower pressure is good. Body soap and shampoo smells very good (Like Johnson & Johnson products). Staffs are friendly.

Housekeeping maybe not so thorough in all areas. A packet of opened potato chips were found inside the cabinet, not sure how long has it been there.

The hotel is clean and smell lavender.

The room is clean although a bit small for the 3 of us. But, it is enough space for solat.

They prepare only two towels although they know that I booked for family room. Should prepare 3 towels, according to the occupancy.
