It was very quiet and exactly what we needed, it had all we needed.

It was a comfortable older duplex with semi-retro furnishings. They have swiss-style chalets on the main property but we were a few blocks away on a suburban streeet next to the main road. The basement bathroom was cramped but otherwise, no complaints. It was a good value compared with the price of accommodation in Quebec City.

Reception very welcoming. Lots of stairs to our unit. Would be nice to know when booking. A bit challenging for my 86 year old Mom, but she made it. Beautiful unit. Very spacious and well equipped kitchen. Couple bbqs outside pool house. Out of propane. Let office know and they filled next day. Nice grounds with some glider swings and small play structure for kids. Would stay again.

Our stay here was great, our room was clean and cozy and the kitchen was fully stocked. Location is within 30 min of both quebec city and le massif. I would highly recommend and will stay here again.
One of our issues was that no paper towel or napkins were provided, which wouldn't have been a big deal if we had just been told that so we could've been prepared.
The other issue is you still have to book your pool time, which is a huge disappointment. We were there 3 nights and weren't able to use the pool or hot tub because of the limited reservations.

Celine was amazing. She helped us with recommendations, anything was easy and possible with her. Apartment was not new but very functional and clean. Location is amazing. Any time again.

Great value and conveniently close to many attractions, like Mont Saint-Anne, Saint Anne Canyon and the Saint Anne Basilica in Beaupré. Even Quebec City was just 30 minutes away, and the Huron Wendat village was just an hour away. Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen and clean bathroom.

Pros;
Staff was friendly and helpful
Common areas in good condition
well maintained
View of the mountain from our unit
Cons;
Our unit was in need of an upgrade,
carpet was stained and ragged
mattress was lumpy
shower fixtures not working properly
towels were the roughest/scratchiest I've ever encountered
no soap or shampoo, as always we brought our own but still
shower curtain old stained
no directions for operating the tv and dvd players, figured out the tv but not dvd (we brought videos we wanted to watch)
this might sound ridiculous but the fold out couch was of a design that neither my wife or I could figure out (I am very mechanically adept) and again there were no directions. This was annoying because of the lumpy bed. Fortunately my wife found that the middle of the bed was acceptable for her and I slept on the unfolded out couch.
If not for the spectacular setting (we hit peak fall color on the nose) I would have to say we might have done just as well at one of the many motels along the main road at half the price. The view every morning of the mountain being lit up in glorious fall colors by the rising sun saved the day.

The accommodations were fine. The people were very friendly. We had a very nice stay. Could have used some paper towels in the kitchen, but other than that, no complaints.

I am torn on this review so let me explain.
I reserved the Chalet Ski and Ski Out studio for 2 people which isn’t located at the actual Chalet Montmorency, its the buildings at the slope. The staff at the actual chalet site were great and that area looks like an old throw back European mountain village but they only have rooms for 6 up to 16 I think. The pool, bbqs, and everything else is there….that’s where you should stay if you have enough people because the village condos are junk, i am assuming that Montmorency are managing those as rental units that are owned privately…Unit 1307 is a complete dump and run down, don’t stay there…everything is damaged and broken…plus the village there is horrible, the most boring and empty dump of a ski village I have ever seen…no pubs, bars, restaurants or anything to do, I wouldn’t even ever recommend Mont Sainte Anne to anyone except the mountain bike trials are amazing…
My recommendation is stay in Quebec City and drive there to ride or ski, the village is garbage…
So, YES I’d recommend the Chalets at their site NOT the village….It’s too bad their names are attached to the village condo units because a bad reviews may not reflect how nice their actual property is…

No Air Conditionning. We stayed during a dreadful heatwave and the 2 air fans were clearly not enough to provide any comfort. We left one day earlier because the heat in the room was insufferable. I'm sure it's not a problem during winter time or under normal temperature, Otherwise, very nice place.

Excellent location, room nice but a tad small on main floor for 4. Pet friendly, close to que city and lots of other things. Front desk great. Recommend this place.

We had a great stay in this beautiful chalet. The ladies at the front desk were extremely helpful and friendly! I know virtually no French but was greeted with a warm smile and an English ‘hello’. Will definitely stay there again if ever in the region.

I really like the “swiss chalet” style , very cosy ! I loved the kitchen too, you have everything you need to cook by your own (oven, pans, dishes etc)

It was what we expected having skied at Mont. St> Anne many times. Its a ski chalet.

Rustic and quiet, just the way we like it. A very uncomplicated place. Easy access to our accommodation. Reception was perfect and responded to our requests quickly. We’ll certainly be returning.

The hotel accommodated our very late check-in and our being non-native French speakers, and the room was comfortable and homey.

Good location, walking distance to Mount Sainte-Anne and Larose fall. Nice pool and hot tub, convenient kitchen with a dishwasher, possibly of having a barbecue and camp fire. Unfortunately condominium itself needs an update but for the price it is fine. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Hotel was clean. No air conditioning. Coffee was available from front desk but not offered when we checked in. Adjacent road is very busy.

The stay was very good. We appreciated the wifi connection because it was fast. The places you could sleep in were uncountable, it was extravagant. Thank you for the stay Chalets Montmorency !

Attended a cross country ski race in Quebec. Facility met our needs well.

Nice quite place at the lap of mountain and beside the st. Lawrence river. Real mixer of beautiful nature. 30-40 drive to old Quebec and Quebec city. Close to many falls. Excellent for hiking and biking. Safe, comfortable, and friendly staffs. One problem is room doesn't have AC. So, less comfortable in summer staying. Otherwise it is a top facility to stay.
