Very close to park an local restaurants, i arrived 11pm someone was there very nice person . I recommend it an would stay again price was perfect for what i needed , break fast was also included.

The hotel was nice and clean and great value. The hotel is located about 2 min walk from Park Kennedy and also walking distance to Larcomar Shopping Centre (20 mins) and a short taxi ride from the Magical Fountains at Parque De La Reserva (approx 15 mins). Breakfast was basic but still good considering the price of the hotel. Friendly staff. Would stay again! However, some of the rooms face the courtyard/reception area, so you can often here people talking/checking in when you're in the rooms.

I left my hostal due to intolerable noise at 8:30 p.m. and was so happy to find this charming little hotel so close to the square! I wish I knew about it before! Everything was perfect and at a great price too! Thank you!

Clean hotel, extremely friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is very good but the same everyday (eggs, potatoes, fruit, bread, cheese, ham, jam, coffee, tea). Very good wifi. There was some construction during our stay but that is temporary. Would defintely recommend it.

Certainly it was a hostel level. Breakfast area is so small couldn’t have a cup of morning coffee relax. So cold at night, finding glass window was wide open behind closed curtains. Arriving middle of night, I didn’t noticed. Structural problem of the building, people’s talking down stairs resonate the whole building through a night.

I arrived at 1:30 a.m. to a friendly, helpful staff. The interior of the hotel is quaintly and pleasantly decorated. Obviously, well loved. My bed was a bit too firm for me, but the room - especially the bathroom - was immaculately clean. As is common with moderately priced hotels in Lima, there was no air conditioning or heat. Usually it is not needed. So be aware and check the weather reports beforehand. I was there in the winter, so the low of 58 degrees was too cold for me to sleep without extra blankets. The location is in a nice area of the city - Miraflores. The bathroom was modern, and there was plenty of hot water.

The hotel was very well-located and charming. The room was fairly basic, but just fine. The breakfast was good (don’t get there right before the end or the best things will be gone) and the staff was wonderful. They arranged an airport pickup for us- so helpful, especially when my friend’s flight was delayed by a full day.One issue- the fan in the room was like a jet engine when set to 1 (of 3) and was almost unusable. I like blowing air and white noise, but it was REALLY REALLY intense.

The hotel is very good and is a great alternative is you are on tourism. The location is right in the tourism heart of the city and you are at walking distance from many nice places and restaurants. The rooms are a bit noisy but everything else is great. The staff is very kind and helpful. They helped me with my restaurant reservations =)
