I recently stayed at a modern and stylish hotel that exceeded my expectations. The room was incredibly spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed for both comfort and functionality. The standout feature of my stay was the exceptional staff, especially Jordy, who went above and beyond to ensure my experience was perfect. Jordy’s professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail truly made a difference. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was inviting, and the facilities were top-notch. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and memorable stay.

Hotel felt like it was relatively new, staff were very attentive and easy to chat to. Amazing pool on the roof, and gym was well equipped. The hotel is in between two large malls with loads of eating options, and travelling in taxis was really cheap compared to UK.

The service at the reception was good. But the attitude from the cleaning staff was bad. One of the cleaning staff showed his anger while changing the bed sheets. After check in we discovered the bed sheets got stain. We requested to change the bed sheets. I had to made three times phone calls than the cleaning staff came to our room. While the cleaning staff changing the bed sheets, I saw blood stains on the mattress protector and the mattress! We felt so disgusted.

Honestly, I don’t know what else a good hotel could offer that G hotel is not already offering it. If I want to put this hotel in one word I use the word perfection, from every point of view.

Lovely hotel. Next to 2 shopping malls and lots of places to eat nearby. Staff very welcoming. Rooms very comfortable. Great view from roof top bar. Complimentary minibar. Would recommend

Front Desk Geetha/Gita was friendly and welcoming on our check in/ check out. Hotel is conveniently located between 2 large malls. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Only downside is the hairdryer was very weak and water from the showerhead was relatively weak as well, maybe an isolated case of the power source.

Very friendly staff, king-sized bed was very comfortable, roof-top pool/deck with great views; however, pool should be cleaned more often as I noticed pieces of what seemed to be paper floating underneath the pool while swimming, great breakfast with good variety, and the free mini-bar is a bonus!

We were expecting to stay at the E&0 hotel, however we inadvertently booked it incorrectly for 2025. We booked last minute with you and were very pleased with the choice. Central to Gurney Drive and Georgetown and Pulau Tikis and Temples. Staff friendly, parking easy and comfortable bed.

Overall stay experience as usual Thumb Up Few comment :since you said you going Green, why not 1. Change the bath towel to thin and micro fabric, can reduce washing and space 2. When room service for customer like me more than a days, why you throw away my tooth brush and paste, and wash the towel? 3. Should regularly inspect electric appliances in the room, my kettle is spoil

Sheena from Spoon was helpful as my granddgr likes the glutinous rice for breakfast but not on menu. She went to kitchen to steam two for her. Appreciated her effort. Thank you.

Not the cheapest hotel for the area but it is a higher end hotel. Convenient location, between two shopping maps and a short walk away from a local market where there are many choices of food for breakfast and lunch. Welcome ice cream on arrival which was a nice touch. Spacious room with amenities and some free drinks- two bottles of water a coca cola, Sprite, lychee drink and soyabean milk in a can. Swimming pool on 24th floor. You can just annoy see the sea through the buildings. Gold membership got us two glasses of house wine, but needed to take to three members of staff before we finally got the vouchers for it. Friendly staff, easy check in and out. Deposit taken on credit card when you check in.
