I was not offered room upgrade or discounted spa service despite my VIP access. Moreover, they ask you to stay for a few minutes after checkout to check the room. It looks like they suspect that a guest can steel something.

The entrance is a bit confusing. Taxi cannot be come in front of hotel. The TV in the room didn't work. But the hotel staff was very kind.

Hotel location and architecture are amazing! Staff is not friendly. And beds are not comfortable. Internet connection was pretty unstable, cutting signal every 10 mins. Worth for location and building.

We had a great stay at Monastyrski which has a very special/unique atmosphere. Nice neighborhood with lots of bars and restaurants. Ok breakfast, not great.

My room had great charm with monastic twist. Hotel is inviting, clean, with helpful English speaking staff. Location is wonderful in very heart of old Minsk and surrounded by eateries, shopping, and splendid churches. Excellent and highly recommended!

When I stayed here two years ago, it was wonderful and seamless. This time, part of my bathroom remained uncleaned for two days. Shower door went off the rails, was not fixed. Altogether less attention to detail than it used to be.

Beautiful building, great buffet breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Wi fi throughout. Very clean hotel and rooms. Great location. Its well within walking distance (a few minutes) of the Metro. Only issues were the temperature of the room (too hot) and no airport pick up. They do, however, organise a taxi back to the airport. Cost Byr 55 There is no pool.

We had a wonderful experience. The hotel building has a character to it. It is brand new but is located in refirbuished friary. I loved the breakfast too. There were many items available. It was amazing. The location is right in the heart of old Minsk and is walking distance to all the beautiful cafes and the river bank

It is a lovely building and the staff, who spoke English, were so helpful. What was great was that the hotel is in a central position in the old town so all the sites were easy to get to. Would highly recommend the hotel.

Great hotel, great breakfast and GREAT location! I really do not know what other hotel could have been better for my stay in Minsk. About 3-4 min walk from the hotel and you have all the downtown bars, clubs, street musicians, shopping, etc...Also the interior looks old but EVERYTHING was brand new! One of the best hotels I stayed at really!

Great location, hotel is spotlessly clean and staff are cheerful and helpful. We were leaving very early for our flight and reception arranged a taxi and even gave us a lunch box in lieu of the breakfast we missed. This was a lovely touch and very much appreciated. Thanks for the great stay, would recommend this hotel.

Can’t think of a bad thing to say about the place. Excellent all round. Can’t recommended it highly enough and will happily stay there again. Loved Minsk and was sad to leave!
