I stayed here before they have welcome drinks but this time no more even cold water since its so hot outside. Also the hotel is no longer on its good condition. I think the level of service and hotel condition has downgraded. But the staff still its gem and they are so attentive and hospitable!

The rooms were large and nice and modern. I had a 2 bedroom apartment. The price was very reasonable to share with a friend. My only complaint is that the WiFi didn’t work in the bedrooms. If I ever return to Boracay I will more than likely stay there

At first impression, I found that the hotel was nice. However, upon checkin, I indicated that there will be an additional person - my boyfriend - staying in the room. The front desk staff informed me that an extra charge would be required if he were to stay; otherwise, he would be required to leave his ID with the front desk and must leave by 10PM. In my many years of staying at hotels and resorts, I have never heard of such a policy. When I refused and continued to my room, the staff followed me to my room and continued knocking until I opened the door. Thereafter, every time we walked through the lobby, they would make both of us feel incredibly uncomfortable.Additionally, the breakfast that is included was a complete free for all and lacked organization. The other guests were extremely rude, didn’t pay attention to lines, and consistently pushed many others. After three days here, I had to leave and went to a different hotel.

Satisfied all the surrounding environment, breakfast, and services
But there's a cockroach. We've got eight in four days. I couldn't sleep because I was so nervous.

Very bad customer service team, had to do multiple ISD calls to get the confirmation email from hotel reservations. They never bothered to reply to my emails. Finally have to call the expedia team to report the issue and they have helped me to get the confirmation mail.
There is no proper wifi service in the room. The wifi signal is very poor or you hardly get connected to hotel wilfi. Front desk is very slow in processing and handing over the key, had to wait 10min to complete the check in process. Overall very disappointed.

+ this is only 2-3 years old so it’s absolutely one of the cleanest hotels in Boracay. I’m a clean freak and this was very relaxing for me.
The schampoo, lotions etc you get are good quality. Free beach towels for rent. Comfortable bed. It’s really price worthy.
- Azelea and Hennan and Eurotel and the other hotels on the street must decide to shut the street from cars and tricycles. You almost get run over walking to the beach from this hotel, the distance is maybe 200 m but it takes over 10 minutes because of all the tricycles! Please make a walking side street to the beach.
The hotel has only one elevator so we spent a lot of time waiting for the elevator.
Really bad breakfast, this needs to be improved. Didn’t eat once.
The pool is not nice, looked dirty and very small with sometimes over 15 people.
Overall, this hotel is one of the best in Station 2 due to how clean and new it is. We had a little annoying experience during check out, we were late for our ferry but the women insisted we stay and wait. After 20 minutes I reacted bad and she explained a drinking glass were missing, I told them there’s one in the kitchen and one in the toilet and she just told me to sit down. After a while I couldn’t wait anymore since we would miss our ferry and I asked can I just pay for it, she said the price is 1$ and I think it was very unprofessional to keep us waiting almost 30 minutes for 1$.... We didn’t have to pay but still weird, why would I steal a glass for 1$?

I booked at the Azalea due to it's location for shopping after spending several days at a beach resort. The location, although not on the beach, is relatively good for doing so.Also there were huge numbers of Chinese tourists checking in the same time as we were, we got to our room relatively quickly. The 1 bedroom suite itself was fine and offered reasonable value for the money. There were a few issues with the room and hotel that I had...they were.- When the fan in the bathroom was not on, a sewage smell permeated the entire suite. Just keep it on and you will be fine.- The elevator on my side of the building was down during my stay, making it a tough walk up 4 flights of stairs for my senior citizen legs.- Breakfast was a madhouse. Every seat was taken when we arrived the first day, with about 50 people milling around ready to pounce the second someone got up from breakfast. There was room outside the restaurant for more seating. They need to be added. The food was not very good to be honest. After the first day, it wasn't worth the effort to go down to breakfast. The rooftop pool was nicer than I anticipated from reading reviews here. The 5 minute walk to the beach was not bad either. The staff did their best to help the guests, and received numerous tips from me for the attitude. The hotels primarily caters (80%-90%) to Chinese families and things do feel crowded and hectic because of this. However, the hotel does represent decent value.

They charged out credit card for stains that clearly was washable. The place was good. The manager harassed us by asking us to go back after we checked in even though they had enough time to do so. It was frustrating since we reported the stains THE NIGHT BEFORE our check out to avoid hassles. There was a crew who came to our room and said to us that the stains came out so no charges anymore. Come morning, we checked out and was near out airport, they called saying the stains doeant come off. How come??? When he/she wasnt even there when we complained. What an IDIOT.

Azaleas best asset is their staff, everyone is courteous, polite and helpful. I wish they would take care of their people to maintain this standard. Secondly, hotel is clean, well maintained. We got the two bedroom unit and so satisfied. Beds are firm, sheets are white and clean, towels are in perfect condition. They have toiletries in the two bathrooms- toothbrushes, soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion. Pool is on the rooftop, nice, does not smell of chlorine. Location is good, near stores to buy some necessities, close to the beach by walking through a small street, about two minutes. Over all, very satisfied with our stay, and will not hesitate to return in the future.

The customer service in this hotel is great. The staff was pleasant and always greets guests. We booked a suite for 2 nights and availed their shuttle service. Airport transfer is good, no hassle. The buffet breakfast is ok. The pool is nice and warm and they let guests to borrow towels if going to the beach or the pool. Walking distance near the beach, d'talipapa and Mcdonalds. My only concern is the unexplainable 'henna' stain they charged us when checking out. We didn't even get tattoos. The personnel cannot even explain from what bed did they saw it because we checked the sheets before heading out. They asked me to go upstairs again but I didn't bother for I am catching my flight to Caticlan. I paid for it though Im pretty sure it's not from our room. If they want to make money, just ask me for a tip. No need to make up stories. :(
Overall, it was nice except for checking out. Make sure the sheets are 'CLEAN' to avoid charges.

3-5 min walk from the beach. Though not beach front but def top notch in everything - from the staff to the room, to the buffet. Everyone is so pleasant. We had an excellent stay. My favorite is the room and the dipping pool at the deck of the hotel. Everything here is excellent. Couldn't be more happier... and no hidden charges! Your money's worth! We'll definitely be back!

Stayed two nights and it was an overall good experience. Loved the location, even though it was a five minute walk to the beach area, with the benefit being it was quiet at night. We had an early morning arrival, and the receptionist would not allow us to check in until 2 pm, even though it was quite apparent rooms were available. They asked if we wanted a 1 bedroom unit, even though we had booked 2 rooms for 4 people, but at least the didnt put up a fight when I pointed it out on my confirmation print out. Lots of room in the 2 bedroom unit, generally clean, and the air conditioning was strong (1 in each bedroom plus a larger unit in the family room). Lack of hot water for showers and dishes, which I find is pretty standard in the Philippines. Free breakfast was better than average, and most of the staff was helpful and friendly. They required a $2,000 peso damage deposit, encouraged cash, and then failed to return it to me during checkout which I forgot to ask for in the rush. Called and they said they would credit it to my credit card - will see. WIFI was stronger than average.

We were really impressed with Azalea.
From check in to check out, it was a smooth experience - which everyone that goes on holiday would love to experience.
Our family had a blast - the location was great, it was close to everything like the beach, restaurant, D mall, talipapa, etc.
The staff were all courteous and friendly. The hotel was always clean - we hope you maintain that.
The facilities and amenities were great. The buffet breakfast had a lot of choices/options which is fantastic.
I like the way you provide welcome drinks and fresh drinking water to your guests everyday, that's a good service.
We would definitely book in this hotel again and will refer you to friends.
Hats off to your hotel staff - Tom, Mae, Lowie, Kheno, Jake, Reymark, Jason, Rob, Kim, Paulo, Ronnah, Myka, Angelo and many more. The excellent customer service they provide will make people come back to your hotel.
