The break was fantastic. Plenty of fresh products and choices. Rooms were clean and large.

The property and location was decent enough for 1 night. The actual room was also decent apart from the shower. The corners were very rusted and a piece of hair was left behind. The kitchen appliances and set up was great. Breakfast was great. We could the hear the people above us walking around until 1am which is not great for someone whogoes to bed between 8-9pm. I would not stay here again unless I was on the top floor and probably not more than 1 night.

While popular because it’s a college town, the rooms are very dated. In need of paint and a good clean. Lobby looked great but rooms need work.

The worst Home2Suites we've ever been at and we have been to a dozen+ of them . The hotel had bad air circulation and no air conditioning in the elevators and hallways which made it feel very stuffy. The carpets in the common areas and in our room were dirty with stains. In our room, the tile floors were not clean and had sticky spills on them, there were no sheets and pillows for the sleeper, the bathroom was not clean and had hair from previous stays in several areas. The ice machine on our floor didn't work so we had to keep going to the floor below to get ice. When all of the issues were brought up the manager Jaime, she showed zero interest or care which was astonishing. If you don't want to be in customer service then don't take on a job that requires this level of customer service.

There was an athletic event so the room was priced far higher than it should have been for this hotel. It appeared to be well kept, but don't use professional "handypersons". We arrived at about 2:45 pm and the room wasn't ready, but I had to ask for another room that might be ready. It wasn't automatically offered. The exercise facility was closed and the pool was closed, so nothing to keep kids occupied. A little disappointed

This place needs gutted and renovated. It stinks like moldish pool area. The carpet and furniture is filthy. Our showers was molded in the creases. The drywall on the walls was wt and crumbling. This place is in very poor condition. I covered the pullout arms and all with sheets so we would not have to make contact with the furniture. The room and common areas smelled so bad we checked out early. The place is way too costly for the stay. I was in shock that people were staying but figured the alternative was to sleep in the car since all other hotels were booked for the Jr. Olympics.

I loved the room. Full refrigerator, dishwasher, dishes, and utensil to just name a few amenities.
The bathroom fixture is every functional and sheikh.
I wouldn't mind staying here on a longer term than 1 day as it was very comfortable.

Nice place
Always stay here when in college station

Very expensive for what you get. No toiletries, and dirty dishes upon arrival.

Part of the crown molding in the room was coming off, poor lighting, couch cushions covered in stains and needed a good cleaning. Overall, just not as advertised.

The room was not clean and trash left by previous guest were left in the trash can full. Sofa was not clean and comfortable to sit.

Computers were down when I arrived and I got charged for an extra night even though I was promised the system would be up and running and could remove the third night originally planned but not needed. The pool was closed, and a putrid green. I usually like these hotels, but this was unfortunately disappointment for me this time.

Stayed here with my son’s basketball team and the pool was out of service for repairs? IN JUNE?? It was GREEN! 😡
So disappointed… front desk clerk was not nice. Didn’t offer any explanation or solution.

Perfect location and clean, friendly staff.

We booked this hotel based on its proximity to A&M, breakfast included, kitchenette, and the pool. When we arrived, the pool was brown and closed - looked like it had been closed for awhile. The kitchenette was a fridge and microwave. We never tried the breakfast so I can't speak to that. It was 3 minutes from the campus. My husband found us a different hotel and we checked out early that first night. Staff was unhelpful and after going back and forth with the hotel manager and hotels.com, they refunded one night of our already paid for 3 night trip claiming we checked out late. We never even slept there.

We had our entire baseball team stay there so they could swim in between games. Online it advertised a pretty pool. When we got there, the pool was closed and had been for weeks, possibly months. Staff was friendly but food, fun, and comfort isn’t something you’ll find at this hotel.

The pool was closed. We asked if there was a sister hotel we could swim at and they told us no. The ice machines didn’t work. House keeping entered our room even though we had the sign posted not to. There was also no water in the gym water machine. I have always loved Home 2 Suites, but the last two times have been a swing and a miss……. We will think twice before staying with them again.

Could use some improvement regarding signage for the entrance from the road. I almost drove past it.

Horrendous! Bed sheets were not changed found used on contacts in the bed and on a pillow. AC fan was loud. Could here next room easily. Clock/Alarm missing battery not working. Pool closed was green. Can hear traffic as well.

We had a good 2 night stay.
Pros: Location, clean rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast.
Cons: Could not use the pool due to water being untreated. Pool was swampy green while three other outdoor pools in neighboring hotels were clean and usable.
Limited function TV Remote (no Closed Caption, no sleep timer),
Noisy (could hear all of the conversations in the parking lot and next room.)

The pool was green and nasty looking.

Enjoyed our stay, quiet room, nice breakfast, only criticism is only sugary options for coffee, no plain half n’ half even as coffee mates.
4.0
Fair price for the amenities. The hotel is starting to show some wear and tear but is in a safe area. Breakfast was all carbs.

Good location close to the university. Clean and well staffed.

Bedding was not clean and crisp- beds were too soft/old and bathroom water leaking all night not maintained properly.
The room was not clean at all- very disappointed.

The reception area looks great and the person greeting us was excellent. The room could use some updates. It only had a couple of USB plugs and from those only one was working. The mattresses were VERY soft and the pull out sofa mattress was very uncomfortable. The next morning, we found a roach roaming the room.

Fine except that the bathroom had rust and other wear that needed repair. The office chair and couch were worn and need to be replaced. Carpet had some stains as well. Otherwise, everything was fine
2.0
The hotel is a little dated but the front desk personnel were great. However, the room was very dirty. There was a dirty diaper still in the trash can and dirt and some grass on the floor. The room had obviously not been cleaned. Would not stay here again due to the cleanliness of the room.

I had to switch rooms 3x and ended up with a room that I didn’t ideally work. I still got charged despite having to deal with funky odors, unbearable noise and flooding.
4.0
It was very hot outside and they gave us popsicles when we arrived. There was only one coffee pouch in the room.

We were very impressed with Rad. She was very sweet and helpful. Gave us amazing recommendations without us asking for them. She was just really nice
10.0
The carpet in the elevators smell old. May just need to be replaced. And the breakfast needs real eggs. Otherwise all is well. Rad, the receptionist who checked us in was very helpful and nice! Thanks!

Didn't like kids running up and down the halls yelling at each other after 11pm.
