You get what you pay for. However the actual room in comparison to pictures on the website were vastly different. Air con didn’t work.

Dated motel facilities, but with clean and tidy rooms comfortable beds and everything worked, they also hired motorbikes and the staff were helpful. Our room had a great view of my khe beach and it was cheaply priced for the facilities, everything is close and a great location

Way too low then expect .pics and reality is too different and customer service suck. Breakfast is really bad. I stayed there for 3 days and the last day they gave us breakfast for soup but not enough bowl for guest. So, I asked for soup and you will not believe what they did . They just wipe the bowl with paper n put the soup for me after someone use the same bowl.not even clean with water. When I asked with New bowl they said same things. I was like no thank you. So disappointed for 3 days staying.

First, reservation is not able to communicate at all. They don’t know anything whatever you ask. Second , in the pics and reality room is so different. Everything is old in the room. Anyhow I still can accept that . But when they serve the breakfast you will not believe. I stayed there 3 days and the last days they gave us soup. But there is not enough bowls for guest . So , I asked one soup for me they picked up the bowl from other people used and wipe with paper in front of me and give me the same bowl to have soup. When I asked the new bowl they said same things. I was shock to serve the breakfast like that. Not recommended to stay there

A special mention goes to the receptionist Ms Ly who was always cheerful and eager to help any visitors with any queries from checking in to local tourist information. Breakfast were individually prepared fresh/hot for visitors which I seldom come across in Vietnam.

This was our first trip to Vietnam and staying here at the Dragon Sea Hotel was awesome. Close to everything! Taxis are easy to get from this hotel, as is just about anything you want within walking distance. The beach is only about a 5 minute walk. The hotel is very clean, breakfast is awesome, and each and every staff member is awesome! The only "suggestion" I would offer is to provide a little bit more comfortable mattresses. It was a little bit more stiff than what we like, but was still nice to lay down after a day of climbing Marble Mountain!

I did not stay at this hotel. The photos online were not as I thought or what it seems. Completely different! It was hot and the air conditioner was not working so I just left the hotel. It was all paid for, but I did not stay.

The wonderful hotel staff made our stay very enjoyable. They were genuinely very friendly and hospitable. My wife and I had an ocean view room with windows that open to let in the sea air and a balcony to take-in the local atmosphere.

[1]The room had a sea view (only top floor) and is fairly clean, has basic amenities. However, we were not informed that the balcony we had was shared with the room opposite. It was quite a ridiculous arrangement and we were only lucky that there were no folks staying there until our last day. Especially because we have to go through the balcony to our room. [2]The food: they only offer limited options of breakfast which has to be booked the previous evening. No vegetarian options and they do not even offer to prepare anything or make any modifications. [3]Service is polite but basic; housekeeping is just ok, they do not really clean out the coffee maker etc. [4]Can rent a bike from them so makes travelling around easier. While this may not be the best choice, it is still fairly comfortable, has a nice view of the water from the room and has an advantage of proximity to the beach. A decent choice for the budget.

本人一早經 hotel.com 訂咗全海景 ocean view deluxe room, 到達後酒店才發覺漏了我們 booking, 竟然叫我哋去第二間酒店住！經過一輪唇舌之後竟將另一位客人一間底層房給我們。話第二天給回全海景房。第二天他只給部份海景房我們，說全海景房已爆。他們再說能退回第一天差額退給我們及可以延長 checkout time。OK!! 因不想再爭吵說好15：00 checkout, 點知 checkout時說要比房間價錢30%。之前說過的完全當無講過。呢間酒店本人極之不推介入住!! 住到一肚氣!!

Good location, just 3 mins walk to the beach. The room had a small balcony and captured a full view of the Da Nang beach. Good price to have such scenery. Highly recommended.

We had booked 2 rooms and the first night we were alloted rooms on different floors however for the next day, they accomodated and gave us rooms side by side. one room had a terrible (almost unbearable) screeching sound everytime the door was opened and closed. the other room had a very small noise. the first room couldnt be repaired with simple oiling and hence we had to bear it during the stay. the balconies are really tiny and 2 people can manage to stand there. there are only 2/3 people in the entire hotel who manage to understand or speak a little bit of english and hence showing google images was our way of communication most of the time :) as most reviews say their breakfast is not really with many options. and being vegetarians who dont eat eggs too, the breakfast was almost non existent. although the hotel staff is quite helpful and will try their best to help you out. overall its value for money but if you are looking at semi-luxury beach side hotel,this is definitely not the one to pick

Pretty good location to the beach.Good breakfast.Room was comfortable and clean.TV did not work,but did not matter to us.Ocean view from our room was sort of there,if you hung your head over the balcony.We were supposed to get ocean view,but I beg to differ.But reading other reviews,I do know they have rooms with it.We arrived real late,and did not know till morning that we did not have it.They also said they provided airport shuttle service, but dont.When we tried to arrange for shuttle because of the late arrival,they told us to get a taxi.Not much for good places to eat in that area,unless you like seafood,then there are several.And .....lots of construction all around the hotel....so lots of noise.

We booked triple room because it is said what this room is bigger than others and has balcony with sea view, so after we check this room, we decided to change it for twin room but on the frontal side of the hotel, actually the triple room located on the side part of the building, and you haven't sea view, as it is said in description.I suppose they try to fight with cockroaches in the hotel, because it was specific smell in the corridors, but it is not very successful, we met twice in our room and bathroom semi-life huge cockroaches (3-4 cm)..Breakfast is so bad.. you need to choose in advance in the evening between noodles, omelet with onion, pancakes for breakfast, and I tried each of this options and couldn't eat it.Location is good, in front of the few good restaurants (not very cheap and mostly for groups of tourists, but food is very fresh and good), and 3 minutes from the beach - need to pass the road.
