Great location close to airport but on the beach. Made welcome from moment arrived around 4 hours before check in time. Able to use all facilities and all inclusive food and drink before check in and after check out. Great range of food and drink included. Rooms very clean and a good size. Bonus was the evening shows between 21:30 and 22:30.

Great stay overall, access to some services restricted. Whilst bottle of wine received and 20% discount limited to single purchase of hotel services, as a Platinum VIP member no room upgrade or late check-out was offered. Some parts of the hotel have not been refurbished recently and are dated.

Amazing hotel near the centre of Ibiza with beautiful views over the sea. We had the all inclusive package and enjoyed all foods and drinks. Recommend having lunch in the snack bar instead of the buffet restaurant to get some variety. The rooms were beautiful and spacious (very modern) with a nice balcony. Almost all staff were friendly and service minded. The pool area was great with a lot of sunbeds, we would've liked some louder music thought (during daytime) to get the Ibiza vibe. Even though the hotel was really good there were some negative things we would like to share. First, smokers were everywhere: by the pool, by the snack bar and on the balconies. We find this really disturbing and would really recommend the hotel to take action against this, maybe a smoking zone somewhere and the rest smoke free. Secondary, there was a construction site next to the hotel which was really annoying and loud (8am-8pm). We would've appreciated some information from the hotel about this prior to our stay, since it affected our stay in a negative stay. Regardless of this we look forward to returning to your hotel, hopefully next year.

3 days here.. fantastic hotel with an amazing pool and on the sea. Immaculate throughout . Food was incredible , best food at a buffet we’ve ever had. Very friendly staff and will definitely return

Overall a decent hotel in a really good location. Some negatives were that the WiFi didn’t work at all so make sure you have data. Hotel was so large and so many people it was difficult to get a seat by the pool most days. There’s beach access but no loungers on the beach for the hotel itself. Vibes were off, no music at the pool and even at night there was a show which was mostly for kids and no music after. All inclusive ends at 12 so if you’re going out you’ve got a few hours where you have to pay for the drinks. The positives were the all inclusive option saves so much because ibiza is so expensive. The staff and service was excellent, the views are beautiful and the location is great. Food was good especially the snack bar.

The place is convenient to many night clubs and shops in the area. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The pool and other areas of the hotel are updated. In the rooms (I was on the joy tower) there is a smell that seems to come from the sewer. It goes away once you turn on the AC. The rooms feel a bit outdated and most importantly the mattress was hard and uncomfortable especially for the price you are paying.

Pros- clean, pretty views, large size rooms, large pool & many sunbeds, good location if wanting to sleep in a quieter place , crowd mix of 20s-50s, buffet breakfast decent taste/variety. MASSAGE was excellent Cons- NO CONTROL OVER AC (set by hotel at 22 but it NEVER GOT TO THAT TEMP!) Mechanics said it's old AC machine...our room was always 24-25 drgrees- that alone is reason i wouldn't stay here & info should be in clear print before booking (was comped dinner buffet & used only once) NO BEACH ACCESS IN FRONT OF HOTEL- there's a gate & pathway but no one can use it !! instead you must walk 10 min through hotel & around street ..because .the gate is tlocked & even though they have security personnel they just hang out at front & talk to reception BEACH IN FRONT IS GROSS- MUST WALK 15-20 minutes to clean sand/ water or cab for 5 minutes GYM IS A JOKE- hilarious from 70s - everything in spa broken & dirty

I bought all inclusive but they did not supply bottle water for my room. They told me we can supply only first day. Hotel wrist band is not good quality and I want to get new one but woman who is at the reception behaved rude to me because I gave info my room nummer but she asked me how can I know you are our guest. This situation is very bad.

Hotel is clean, drinks are good, pool is perfect weather, and very walkable. Rooms are also clean and the staff is very friendly. The food is ok, nothing special, but not horrible either. I would definitely recommend staying here

Nice location near airport and public transport in front of hotel. Few minutes from city center. There is no hotel beach, but there is one nearby. Nice and clean swimming pool. Excellent breakfast. Just to note - it's not allowed to invite external guests due to security reasons.

Gorgeous property with beautiful views of the sea. Centrally located and walking distance to Ibiza Old Town. The service is excellent and extremely consistent throughout our entire stay. We took advantage of the half board option and were impressed with the quality and selection of food

I was disappointed. The hotel in general was nice but the service was below average, the food was just OK. We purchased "all-inclusive" but that did not really mean all-inclusive as some drinks, food etc was "not included". Next time we will book with a true "all-inclusive" resort.

Friendly staff, thank you all. Thanks Dani for the birthday gift. Spacious rooms and well cleaned. Was a bit noisy (partial street view). Nice food and drinks. Great location next the beach so you have beach view from the pool. Night show was very good. There is a taxi stop in front of the hotel.

Service was extremely slow, couldn’t even get water to my room. Staff never refilled the fridge. Food was very bad. Staff not friendly or accommodating at all. We checked in 1 hour AFTER check in time on our reservation.

This is our 3rd visit to The Twiins Ibiza. Excellent Hotel with great facilities, pools, and great location. Staff are excellent all around especially on the upper level with Ionela being a great host. Highly recommend.

I arrived late last night and I made them aware that I needed a late check out the gentleman placed a request on the system as I was given an upgrade which wasn’t a problem to be told at 12.00 that I can’t have a late check out considering my flight is at 22.00 ? Never had this problem anywhere but communication is really poor !
