This hotel is considered the “nice hotel” in Columbus. It’s clean, well situated, and has breakfast included. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because it needs upkeep. I was in a King Suite (403). The closet doors didn’t slide so it was difficult getting to the iron and board. The light in the foyer where the coffee maker is was burnt out and the coffee maker had a nervous breakdown mid-boil, just boiling without brewing and sending water flying everywhere when I tried to open the top to figure out why. Thankfully it was my last morning there and second cup. The coffee is always terrible at Hilton brand hotels so I compensate by adding instant to the brew and using flavored creamer. There’s a microwave so you can also pick up coffee the night before, refrigerate it and then warm in the next morning. One of the 5 days I stayed, housekeeping didn’t show up, which would be fine except that means no refills on coffee or emptying the teeny tiny trash cans. For longer stays, you may have to remind them to service the room.

im sorry but my husband and i didn't receive any reminder that we had reserved two room for August 14 - 15. We are elderly and were not able to travel that trip for our anniversary. Expedia requested to help us but to no avail Hard lesson to swallow due to our small salaries.

Overall very good stay, but they were out of towels 2 out of the 3 nights we stayed. And our shampoo and conditioner were not filled before our stay and we ran out halfway through. Everything was nice and clean.

They stay was a five star stay pretty much all the way. The country was dealing with the Microsoft outage this weekend and it caused a problem with the ability to make electronic card keys for the rooms. That was the only issue! And I know service businesses in the area had signs up explaining their problems with the Microsoft outage. But the staff handed it very professionally ! Managers and other staff walked you to your rooms and unlocked the doors for all their guess. And always with a happy smile and great attitude!

The hotel itself was fine, but lady that was working the evening shift was so rude, we stayed 3 nights. We asked her on night one for pool towels and she said they didn’t have any and didn’t offer any other options. I then asked her if she had bath towels that she could give us to use at the pool and she gave us some. The next morning she was working again and we put our room on the list to be cleaned and refresh towels no one ever came. Had to go ask for clean towels and was told again that they didn’t have any. My husband the went and asked he was given 2 towels( we had 4 people in our room). She was just not accommodating or friendly at all. The overnight lady was so sweet though. Breakfast was good, pool was nice.

We were in town for a funeral for 2 nights. The hotel is great, VERY CLEAN, breakfast very good, rooms very nice. We checked in and went to our room, nothing was wrong with it but I had knee replacement a few weeks ago and needed a handicap room. However, did NOT realize it until I went into bathroom, the commode was VERY low. Front desk clerk helped us change to a handicap room, which was great. No problems or issues, will stay there again.

The woman at the front desk was so sweet. She remembered when we checked out that we were in town for a wedding. The accessible room was perfect for our needs. The fridge was nice and cold; the free breakfast was hot and tasty. The area where breakfast was served was so clean and organized that it would have made a perfect picture for an advertisement. I would definitely stay there again!

Bath tub could be a lot cleaner, shower curtains and the shower curtain rails could be a lot cleaner. The toilet had an unpleasant smell. I am not sure if it was the water or what.

The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Our problem came at midnight when guests arrived in the room above us. They were very loud, clearly partying but we heard way too much. The floors and walls were so thin and not insulated at all. We could hear their toilet flush and the water running. We could hear footsteps, the tv, and their conversations. I went to the front desk at 1:30 am and requested another room with no one above us. The front desk staff was very understanding and accommodating, and also acknowledged that noise is a problem because of thin walls. We were quickly given keys to a room on the top floor. Again, that room was very clean and comfortable, and much quieter so we could sleep.

The woman who checked us in was so rude. We’ve stayed here at least five times and have never had an experience as awful as this most recent check-in. First she told us she gave away the last room, then told us check -in was over, but didn’t know that I knew it was until 3a if using Expedia, then told us not to speak to Expedia about the issue. All while making us wait outside for 20-minutes before gaining access to the building because she was not at the front desk.
Lastly, our room smelled moldy every single day. Also something we have never experienced on this property after five years of trips.

Wonderful new hotel.
Towels were very scratchy, really need to upgrade the softener or get new towels. Front desk just said there was nothing that could be done about it because of commercial laundry rules.

Our trip was due to a volleyball tournament. The location was perfect for grabbing food and incidentals. The property was clean and well maintained. I felt safe going to and from the parking lot and lobby area. The staff was very professional and handled the large number of families during the breakfast rush.
