It is a hotel with an ocean view and is good price. One inconvenient thing is that the parking lot is across the hotel, so you have to cross the road.

My husband and I stayed two nights and selected a gulf view room with a balcony. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. This hotel exceeded our expectations and the price was quite reasonable. We walked to Winn Dixie and to restaurants. Our only disappointment is that they do not recycle. We would stay here again.

This is great place to stay in PCB. The beach in front of the hotel is amazing. It has a great pool and hot tub area and two large covered areas for grilling and chilling.

Was over charged, when I went to talk about it, I was met with rudeness by the night desk manager and later the Manager. The tv didnt work. Blood spots on door. Rooms were subpar. The over charge was blamed on the new person when I watched the night manager check me in while she checked in another customer.

I loved it! It's a perfect place for a family vacation, it has everything you need to spend a few quiet, happy and fun days. Its spaces are perfect and every detail is thought out for the comfort of the guests. The location is perfect, I recommend it 100%👌

The address shown was not where I stayed. The picture was of a high rise on the beach. I stayed across the street in an older hotel. The room was big but old. The bathroom door didn’t close and had to have maintenance come and fix it which they did right away. Wallpaper is peeling and the rugs were old.

One night some noisy neighbors woke us up. But this could happen in any large facility like this. The pool was heated and the hot tube was good. They also had a small pool for kids. The pool and decks were kept clean. The beach view is very good from your private balcony. The building is a little older but maintained well enough.

This hotel stole my deposit ! There was no room damage. I contacted the hotel 2 weeks later and the refused to return my 150$ i will never stay at this hotel ever again and woulnt recommend it to anyone.

Beds were uncomfortable and the room left something to be desired. Also didn't realize I would be staying across from the part of the hotel that was actually on the beach, I just thought that my view was going to be of across the street. The property was good there was an indoor pool, outdoor pool, hot tub and beach. The property was a bit aged, but it did not affect the amenities. We were on a family vacation with small children and everyone enjoyed their stay.

The stay wasn’t that bad but the pictures are definitely misleading. There are a few rooms that are honestly beachfront, but the majority of the rooms are across the beach. Not a bad stay just wish I knew I’d be across the street and that the rooms are a little older.

Panama City Beach, just as I imagined it. Positives: 1. Got to see a guy making out with what appeared to be a sentient bag of leather wrapped in denim and a halter top 2. It was very, very cheap 3. We didn’t get murdered 4. No bedbugs 5. Kinda next to beach. (Poor people stay across the street) 6. Barflies in pool area Negatives 1. The beds could be used by future Olympic hopefuls to train for the trampoline competition, as they provided enough spring to launch me onto the roof. 2. Corpulent cowboy smoking on top of the clothes dryer outside our room with no shirt 3. Screaming banshee on floor above 4. No one offered us weed 5. Peeling wallpaper 6. Fully loaded dirty diaper in parking lot

Simple case of bait and switch. The hotel has two properties, the supposedly nice hotel that you see pictures of on the internet, and a run down motel across the street. The motel was not clean, felt gross, and was overall not at all was what was not shown in the pictures. Also there were bandaids, in the ceiling. In retrospect, we should have just called hotels.com right away but i didn't. That's on me. The price was not cheap, about average for pcb.

The only negative thing here is they told us the checkout is 10 am as they are understaffed and has too many rooms to clean. This is not guest problem.
