A little thing was that there was no small bottle of detergent, necessary if staying longer than a few days and The Pool was very unsafe no rail down the steps, broken bricks (needs new tiling), frogs/toads in the pool.

We’re a family of 5. The kids could go outside and play, kick a ball or have a swim. The room was large enough to accommodate 4 beds with ample room to move around. The kitchenette was sufficient for us to make toast for breakfast saving us on restaurant bills. We would happily return here on our next visit to Chinchilla.

Comfortable room. Very kind staff. Equipment worked well - TV, air con, refrigerator. Appreciated the two bottles of water. No towels or washers in room - but got them at the front desk. Had a broken glass which we turned into the office.

The Great Western Motor Inn is located on edge of town just off the highway - but is quiet and rooms are spacious.

We experienced the air con not working fully. The staff gave us the option of another room, which we accepted. Room was clean and suited us.Nice view.Beds very comfortable. I would stay again.Price very good.

Spacious garden with a large swimming pool. Great place to relax around the pool. Spacious and cleanroom with great amenities. Friendly staff. Fast internet.

A lovely motel, obviously cleaned in a hurry, but not bad enough to be upset about. The bed, though, was like sleeping on a plank, and the pillows were like rocks. The most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever tried to sleep in. Very disappointed as the room is lovely, and has a nice garden aspect

The motel is well situated along the main highway, and there was no issue with noise from trucks using the highway. We were happy with the amenities provided. Round wooden table with chairs. The motel sign was not lit at night, which made it hard to locate the turn into the motel

The location and the grounds were ideal for us and we liked the chance to see the sunset from one side of the room and then enjoy the warm morning sun just outside on the other side. As the restaurant was closed, Sunday, we ate in town at the Chinese restaurant and it was very good.

Motel was great beautiful scenery and big car parking . Wasn’t happy with service of having cleaned plates and cutlery has i was told to wash up In the bathroom basin as there was no kitchen sink in the motel I believe that was unhygienic.

Pleasant stay at a price appropriate motel. While arguably not the newest in town and the decor not being uber modern the bed was comfortable and room functional. Stayed three nights. Would happily return.

We might have visited this motel at the wrong time...Nobody at reception for 10 minutes before we roused someone. Room adequate ( numer 17) but with some serious design flaws: large bathroom but nowhere to put clothes or toiletries, air conditioner in a recess in the room, air flow blocked by large cupboard and inadequate for the overnight heat. Pool locked? Windows are covered by black out curtains but have to be either closed so room is dark or open to outside and no privacy. Towels are thin. Room is overpriced.
